Took my laptop there to have it checked out after a water spill. Just the diagnostics is currently 3 weeks never mind the fix. So the advertising is misleading… there is no 24hours anything. Wish I could’ve scored them higher but they failed on that promise and I’m left having to go elsewhere.

Iphone 11 pro max drowned, brought it on the advice of guys from Internet. Isamurai employees said that it takes 2-3 weeks for diagnostics and that everything will be good with the phone, that they will take out the battery so that it is not energized and does not oxidize further, they are so they said. Two weeks later, I came to them and asked what was wrong with the phone, they told me to wait another week, they would write at the weekend. As a result, I did not receive any message and after a week and a half I came to them again. The guy who was standing at the counter after two words interrupted me, called the mechanic and left ... They told me that they did not know what happened to the phone because they could not finish the diagnostics, they said that the screen needed to be changed for 130,000, how did they know if they did not finish the diagnostics it is not clear ... When I asked why it took so long and why no one reported anything, I was told that they did not know and shoved it off on their colleagues. The phone was brought to them on August 22, and I came for it on September 16 without any notifications or messages. The phone was returned in 2 minutes, it was not disassembled, the battery was not take out ...

Replace my MacBook battery here. Good correct service in English.

I am extremely disappointed because they advertise that they only work with factory parts. I had my screen fixed earlier this year and when last week I took my phone to an another place for service they told me that the screen is ‘good quality but definitely aftermarket, not original’. It is fine not working with original parts but do not advertise falsely and do not charge more. Do not recommend

They have changed my macbook pro's battery, and in a few months the new one performs worst than the 3 year old one did before. I am deeply sad I mad such a bad and expensive purchase.

교체 부품 수준이 낮아서 문제 재발 I have visited on several occasions, first time to have my imac cleaned, and got it returned dusty for me clean for the store. Second time, had my iphone screen changed and due to the poor quality of the parts, screen moves on its own randomly. Highly not recommended and will not visit as prices are not on the cheap side neither.

I actually was really impressed with their attitude, willingness to have a proper conversation in a calm manner without losing patience and their attempt to do things the same day which they did. They did some file extraction on my damaged laptop and file upload when I bought another used laptop from them, which they kindly did for free and with a smile. I found the whole experience a pleasure. Each employee was the same - HELPFUL and pleasant.
