Az irodában nem sikerült egy árajánlatot sem adni, igaz csak én voltam bent. Egész nap nem volt idő emailben egy ajánlatot sem kiküldeni. Telefonos érdeklődésre csak a várjak válasz van. Az ügyintéző közölte, hogy ő fél órával a zárás előtt már nem tud semmit ajánlani, mert 30 perc mire lefuttatja a rendszeren az ajánlatokat. Mondtuk, hogy akkor talán ezt jelezni kellene a nyitvatartásnál, hogy ne menjen oda feleslegesen az ember. Ez után még neki állt feljebb, és arra hivatkozott, hogy a bankoknál sem lehet 30 perccel a zárás előtt már ügyet intézni.... Hol él ez az ügyintéző. Nagyon bunkó lekezelő volta stílusa, hozzáállása. Egyáltalán nem volt utas/vevőbarát! Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt az irodát, illetve a hölgyet! on Sunday (05.08.2018) we went to the office half an hour before closing to inquire. Végül direktben a kiválasztott szálloda weboldalán foglaltunk töredék áron utazást, ahhoz képest, mint amit ránk akart sózni a mami. A szakma csúcsának gondolja magát, és hogy ő tesz szívességet annak aki bejön, közben csak egy flegma arrogáns nénike, aki olyan munkát lát el, amit 3 óra betanítás után bárki el tudna. Netes szűrők állítgatása, adatbázisokban keresgélés azért nem a világ, erre nem kéne, hogy ekkora arca legyen. Másik ügyintézőt, másik kirendeltséget vagy másik utazási irodát javasolunk!
