(nem értem akkor minek van a sorszám!)Lehet mezei emberként aki"csak"egy gyerektartást szerettem volna befizetni nem vagyok elég versenyképes olyanokkal,akik mást intéznek!(bár nem értem hogy ez azért van mert apaként úgy gondolják nekem több időm van,vagy azért mert egy gyereknek az életéhez az időben megérkezett pénz nem elég fontos!) Szégyennek élem meg hogy ebben a bankbak ez a fontossági sorrend! Soha többet nem jövök ide,sőt magát a céget is elkerülöm messze, az általuk valósnak vélt értékrendjük miatt! A disgusting bank with disgusting style employees! In chronological order, 4 people were allowed in front of me, claiming that they call me by priority! (I do not understand then why are the numbers!) Might field as a man who wanted to pay "only" a child support'm not competitive enough with those who addressed to anything else! (Although I do not understand that this is because as a father I thought I had more time there or because the money that comes to a child's life in time is not important enough!) A	Attila Kardos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A banki fiókot a megadott számon képtelenség elérni, nekem 3 nap alatt 3x2 órámba került, hogy elérjem őket, csak tartatják a vonalat, gyakran még a menürendszerük tovább kapcsolása sem jó, ami nem készülék hiba. A fiókban az alkalmazottak bunkók, tegnap a barátom 15:5hh esett be a bankba, majd kritikán aluli viselkedéssel közölte vele a taknyos tini pénztáros, hogy sehol semmit nem tud befizetni számlára. Mikor megjegyezte a véleményét, a fiók vezető megjelent, aki alpári módon lekezelte őt, és szinte kirúgta a bankból. Tudni kell a párom azért nem kis cég alapítója, tehát nem egy jött ment. Mikor távozásakor kérte a panaszkönyvet mindenki röhögött, közölték nincs, majd egy A4-es papírt adtak elsőre az orra alá, többszöri kérésre voltak hajlandóak elővenni a törvény által megkövetelt panasz nyomtatványt. Köszönni senki nem tud és nem az első esett, hogy a fiók alkalmazottai bunkók. Az ügyintéző kishölgy kedves volt, és az igényelt bankkártyát az ígért 2-3 héttel szemben, egy héten belül megkaptam. I finished surprisingly fast. I spent an hour on the matter spiritually, but it took approx. After 15 minutes I was there. The clerk was kind, and I received the requested credit card within a week of the promised 2-3 weeks.

A jelzálogos hölgy segített kiállítani egy igazolást, közben megkérte a kolléganőjét, hogy segítsen a másik kettő problémámmal kapcsolatban. Meglepően gyorsan, 15 perc alatt végeztem. Keveset várakoztam, kedvesek voltak velem és gyorsan segítettek. Megy az 5 csillag. I wanted to do three things. The mortgage lady helped issue a certificate while asking her colleague to help with the other two problems. I finished surprisingly fast, in 15 minutes. I waited little, they were kind to me and helped me quickly. Go for the 5 stars.
L	Laci Gsxf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még "csak" 16éve voltam ügyfele a banknak. Sajnos az elmúlt időben csak rossz tapasztalattal gazdagodtam a bankfiókot illetően. A folyószámlámról mint végűl kiderült tévesen egy "állítólagos" rendszerhiba miatt levontak "néhány" ezer forintot. A bankfiókba bementem és érdeklődtem, hogy milyen oknál fogva történt ez a tranzakció, mire nagynehezen kinyomozták, hogy regionális probléma történt és majd (7munkanap... vicc)visszautalják a levont pénzt. Feltételezem, nem csak én voltam ezek szerint akitől ehhez hasonló levonás történt. És szerencsésnek mondható az aki egyáltalán követi a számláján történő változásokat..mert ebben az esetben sok-sok ember x ezer forintjairól lehetett szó, ami ugye csak a banknak jó! Persze amíg "nyomozták" a problémát egymásik üzletkötőjük egyből prémium ügyfelet akart csinálni belőlem...Köszönöm nem.. Mielőbb egy másik banknál kötötem ki. Korábbi alkalommal nem volt időpontom, de egy kolléga segítségével hamar kiderült, hogy mennyit kellene várnom az ügyintézésre, így inkább kértem időpontot máskorra, mivel nem volt sürgős az ügyem. Szerintem korrekt a fiók. It’s easy to book an appointment online, so I managed to settle my case very quickly. I didn’t have an appointment before, but with the help of a colleague, it soon became clear how much I would have to wait for the administration, so I preferred to make an appointment another time as my case was not urgent. I think the account is correct.

Disaster service and working speed is exactly like Koala!! Everybody is complaining in the bank but they don't even care. Sounds it is a routine issue every single day!! Very disappointing branch.
