Bad customer service! I was here on 22nd of November 2019 and I was with my friend and her mom. When we were the next, my friend gave her ID and Address card to the man, and when he saw that my friend has the Hungarian citizen he said "How can you have your citizen when you can't speak Hungarian?" of course he said it in Hungarian, and we all understand it. I just want to ask : Why do you judge people just from a card when you don't know her/him? :) I was born in Hungary, I'm Hungarian, but I've never experienced something like this. It was so rude! Rossz ügyfélszolgálat! 2019. 11. 22-én voltam itt az ismerősömmel és az anyukájával. Mikor mi következtünk, az ismerősöm odaadta a fiatal úrnak a személyi és lakcím kártyáját, és mikor látta hogy ismerősöm magyar állampolgárságot visel annyit kérdezett: "Hogy lehetsz magyar állampolgár ha magyarul se tudsz?!" ezt mindannyian megértettük. Kérdem én, miért kell valakit megítélni ha nem is ismeri a másik félt? :) Én magyar vagyok, itt születtem, itt élek de még sose láttam ennél nagyobb bunkóságot! Felháborító!!

Poor customer service! 11/29/2019 I was here with my friend and my mom. When we came, my acquaintance gave the young man his ID and address card and when he saw my acquaintance with Hungarian citizenship he asked, "How can you be a Hungarian citizen if you don't speak Hungarian ?!" we all understood this. Why do you have to judge someone if you don't know the other party? :) I'm Hungarian, I was born here, I live here but I've never seen anything more junk! Outrageous!!

Egy óra sorbanállás után az őr közölte, hogy az egy órával később kezdődő ebédszünetig, már csak egy főt fogad a pénztár. Elöttem még 20-an voltak ekkor. Ez teljesen abszurd ügyintézés, otthagytam a bankot.
After queuing for an hour, the guard announced that by the lunch break, which would begin an hour later, the box office would only receive one person. There were 20 more before me at the time. This is completely absurd administration, I left the bank.

Pénzt jöttem befizetni és ezután a széfbe is terveztem lemenni. Húztam egy sorszámot, befizettem a pénzt és kérdeztem az ügyintézőt, hogy húzzak-e másik sorszámot, hogy le tudjak menni a széfbe. Ő azt válaszolta, hogy dehogyis, majd átirányítja a sorszámomat a kolléganőhöz, aki majd levezet a széfhez. Amikor elköszönt, azt mondta, hogy átirányított. Sok ügyfél várakozott, ezért türelmesen vártam. Feltűnt, hogy az ügyintézők nem nagyon törik magukat, hogy dolgozzanak, minden ügyfél után beszélgettek vagy elhagyták a helyüket... Másfél órás várakozás után észre vettem, hogy az ügyintéző, aki a széffel foglalkozik, már egy ideje nem csinál semmit! Oda mentem és kértem, hogy hívjon le végre, mert mennem kell, nem tudok többet várni. Megnézte a sorszámomat és megállapította, hogy az előző ügyintéző nem irányította a számomat hozzá. Nem irányította át sehova!!! Várhattam volna akár zárásig! Amikor szóltam neki, egy rövid "elnézés"-el lerázott. Nem értem, itt egyébként is, miért rabolják az emberek idejét? Több alkalommal előfordult, hogy a délelőtti órákban mindössze 2-3 ember várakozott előttem és egyszerűen sokáig nem hívtak le senkit és (azon kívül, hogy egymással beszélgettek és nevettek) nem csináltak semmit. 30-40 percig várakoztunk, pedig több ügyintéző volt, mint ügyfél. Kérem, nem válaszolják nekem ezután azt, hogy máskor kérjek előre időpontot, mert nem tudom előre, hogy mikor érek rá, bemenni a bankba! Egy sima KP befizetés miatt egyébként sem szokás időpontot kérni, a többi banknál nem kell ennyit várni.
I came to deposit money and then I planned to go down to the safe as well. I drew a serial number, deposited the money, and asked the clerk if I could draw another serial number so I could go down to the safe. He replied that no way and then redirected my serial number to a colleague who would then lead me to the safe. When he said goodbye, he said he was redirected. Many customers were waiting, so I waited patiently. It turned out that the clerks don’t really break themselves to work, they talked or left their seats after each client ... After waiting an hour and a half, I noticed that the clerk who handles the safe hasn’t been doing anything for a while! I went there and asked him to call me at last because I have to go, I can’t wait any longer. He looked at my serial number and found that the previous clerk had not directed my number to him. He didn't redirect you anywhere !!! I could have waited until closing! When I told him, he shook me off with a brief "apology." I don’t understand, here anyway, why are people robbing time? On several occasions, there were only 2-3 people waiting in front of me in the morning and they simply didn’t call anyone for a long time and (apart from talking and laughing with each other) did nothing. We waited 30-40 minutes, though there were more clerks than customers. Please don't answer me then to ask for an appointment another time because I don't know in advance when I will get it to go into the bank! Due to a plain KP deposit, it is not customary to ask for an appointment anyway, you don't have to wait that long at other banks.

I wanted to deposite foreign currency (€), but I gave up on it. I had been waiting in in front of the bank branch for ~1 hour (19 Oct 2021 10.55 am). There were many people waiting for the cash desk like me. In the past, I felt very convenience to the bank and cash desk. Recently, I felt unsatisfied. For example, the bank has terminated some cash desks from some branches, such as Kalvin ter, but the bank do not increase the number of desk in available branches. Moreover, the bank try to introduce the ATM for any cash transaction but the bank does not update the system to accept € in the machine. I would suggest you who is reading this text and think about having an account in this bank. Please reconsider this bank.

Today the security at the bank security guard very rude to me from the beginning. He didn’t want to give me my number. I insisted on it many times I had an appointment then the inside staff unfriendly too. Bank mananger no dont qant take care custermer too then the security guard speak some bad words again when i leaving
