I have visited here more than 5 times and I always have the same problem... they are very unorganized and the idiotic part is that when you need EURO you better wish that the only lady who can give you is free but she is the busiest there because she does more than just the cashier stuff.. ( I am in a good mood writing this, so its much worse than this actually)

I just asked a simple question which was ignored by a lady, who pretended not to notice me after I started speaking English. This doesn't stop surprising me, af. Previous rating 4 stars: I'm surprised to have a PROPER service at OTP. Like, really. These guys are usually so slow and unattentive that you have to allocate a decent amount of time and patience for the visit. But one employee at this branch could pleasantly surprise me today with her professional and fast(!) service. First of all, she spoke English quite good (very rarely observed among the local banking employees). Second, she was friendly (wow). And lastly, she answered all my questions and did all the requested changes explaining every detail and not being annoyed at all. The only con is that they don't have a English menu in the queue machine.
R	Représentants Pont de Bois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it's absurdity you seek, you are in the right branch. Had my account blocked after it's creation and refused to give me my card because they don't accept an official residency document coming from a public university. Instead, I had to go to the immigration office with the exact same document in order to ask for another document for them. Even other branches were surprised with their stupidity. In the meantime, they don't let you withdraw money but they charge you every month and then charge you with more fees as your account is negative. Bravo.
V	Vladimir Vladimiri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They open you an account and charge you fees but refuse to give you your card as they are not able to understand simple documents in Hungarian language with official signatures. They are also rude. I can't blame the bank as other branches are way more polite and helpful.
