In 3 words "it was Awesome!!!" The receptionists were accommodating and nice, the hotel rooms were clean and well sized, and the bed in the rooms were real king size, and my legs didn't go over the edge of the bed like it did in many other hotel. The breakfast, and the diner was delicious, I haven't found any meal "almost good" all meals were great! and the chef is highly helpful /some of us has gluten allergy and the chef told us which dish can be good, and he offered if he can make quickly something that surely don't have any gluten in it/. And the most important.. all the hotel guests can enjoy the spa all day every day, so we spent almost all the time in the pools with the kids. We checked the kids take care too where a nurse took care of the kids while sat down for a coffee and for a cake in the patisserie. I'm sure i'll be back with my family.

We wanted to have lunch in the Deàk restaurant, it was Completely empty but they said we can’t go in with the bathrobes. I mean it is a thermal bath, did they expect we are going to change into suit and tie after a sauna session? The canteen inside the thermal was very poor. We ate there twice, the food was the same, there are no half portions (such wasting), the prices are high compared to the quality of the food. The girl in the patisserie was super rude, not even a smile on her face. Inside the bath was too cold, when you come out from the water. The sauna world upstairs is very nice and calming, they serve tea, but they should do more seance, especially on Saturdays because we couldn’t fit in, it was too busy. It needs a bit of a renovation, looks old from the inside.

Correct place. Rooms little bit old but clean. SPA is really good, staff is amazing and the food is best quality and taste that ever had within any hotels in my life. Definitely 5*! Thank you this pleasure!

Excellent value for money. Lots of great activities to choose from. The healing or medicinal water comes from deep underground and had many excellent properties for both existing and new conditions for men and women. All Europe admires Hungary's place because when the world will be out of water Hungary will still have plenty. The food the chef's make is plentyfull, very tasty and the variety is excellent. Very tasty Hungarian food is served. Very filling. Simple but lots of cheeses, fruits and desserts are served at the buffet

We visited the beach (water area) with my wife and kid. All was great! There is inside part (in case of rain) and outside part. Really well made place! We love it! There is a mini water slide for smaller kids (6 months til 5-6 ages). Big water slides and almost everything for all age!

This place is horrible after the management change from father to son. Not even close to what it used to be. This is only part of what happened at this property as words cannot describe it. I booked 2 rooms here in the main hotel property on Booking.com. I had chosen 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 children. I have booked 100s of properties on this site so far, so I have the knowledge. I know exactly what I was looking at. It was 2 rooms with half board, breakfast and dinner included. I confirmed, clicked and the confirmation says, waaaait: a 2 bdrm apartment and an attic room, both in some outside building. I tried to immediately cancel, however, being too close to the booking date, they would've charged me one-night cancellation. I'm not sure if you realize what happened here. Booking.com lets them advertise a room, and let them confirm something completely different. I'm not sure how you can trust this site and this property to book anything when you don't get what you clicked on???? In the end, all Booking.com offered for our "trouble" was 50 Euro, yes, 50 Euro. On top of that, the hotel manager disturbed us during one breakfast accusing me of many things and that I didn't see "the small print". I knew something furthermore was fishy, while, during our stay July 6 to July 9, for TWO DAYS, the hotel's Booking.com reservation site was offline so they could change up their listings, after my complaint. Again, do you realize what happened here??? It's called a SCAM!!! Also, the property isn't close to European 4* either, it's a dumpy property in need of repair and Renos. Book at your own peril. I'd say go and book somewhere else better and STAY AWAY FROM THIS!!!
