A kedvességgel nem volt baj,Király úr igen közvetlen és azonnal intézkedett ha probléma volt.Csak egy pici hiányzott,hogy jobb értékelést adjunk.pld. a törölközők nagyon használtak és koszosnak tűntek.Szerencsére vittünk magunkkal.A tisztasággal is gond volt, a wc koszos volt.Szóval ez csak 2 db csillag.

Positif: Petit prix, parking gratuit, balcon pour prendre le petit dej, le gérant sympa.. Négatif: Quelque saleté en mettant le canapé et dans la bouche d’aération de la salle de sain. Petite odeur également mais pas trop prononcée..

For that price, definitely worth it. Not the cleanest room, but nothing disgusting. The apartments are big. It has a small kitchen, couch and a dining table in the living room. It has a separated bedroom.

Positive: Apartments are situated in nice quiet location very close to the thermal spa. Apartments are light and spacious and have nice large balcony.. Negative: We had 2 apartments. One apartment "F" was ok. Beds fine, shower room fine. Need some TLC. Curtains not attached properly and small things not quite right. Second apartment "G" was in poor state. Front door didn't shut, balcony door kept coming off the hindges. Mattress in the bedroom was about 3 inches thin and very uncomfortable. One of the lights In the lounge didn't work and the owner was informed on the 2nd day about it and done nothing about the defects. Owner was friendly but doesn't speak any other language apart from Hungarian which makes communication very difficult. Door from the bedroom didn't even have to be there as was not finished and couldn't be shut. Generally not overly clean, balls of dust under the beds, dirty dishes in the cupboards.... First impression wasn't good as all the unwanted and broken appliances were left in the corridors. We have been coming to kehidakustany for last 9 years and this was easily the worst accommodation and easily the most expensive one as well. It is definitely not good value for money. Could be nice place if some money and time was spent on the place..

Positive: - big property - quite, hidden place - the spa is in a walking distance - the terrace is big and comfy. Negative: - the electric outlets are torn out of the wall, actual life danger for kids - the whole apartman seems a bit unmaintained (curtains, furniture, bathroom) - the wifi is unuseable - no corkscrew, frying pan in the kitchen - the unfinished pool in theil middle of the area is a prettt unpleasant - the bedroom is a sauna in the night - bulbs missing from lamps.

Positive: Good quality for a good price. The house is located a little out of the way. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. You can do car trips to the west of Lake Balaton.. Negative: There was no electric kettle in the apartment - I think this is a serious drawback. We had to boil water for coffee in a pot. The lock on the door from the room worked in a very unusual way, which the host did not say, which caused our unnecessary irritation. The lighting in the living room was too dim.
