In the basement self-service jacuzzy and saunas! Unlimited bath tickets for every person for each day of your stay. There is an excellent buffet breakfast and dinner at the half-board, delicious Zala food. At an affordable price! We'll probably go again!

P	Pásztor Zoltán (Zoli) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4* Pozitív: Gyönyörű épület, szépen, ízlésesen berendezett, légkondicionált szobák. Kényelmes ágy (matrac) éjjeli lámpa, terasz. És csönd. Hatalmas csönd. Aki csendes nyugodt helyen szeretne pihenni annak kiváló, bátran ajánlom! Sorompóval zárt parkoló, az autó teljes biztonságban tudható, de sajnos semmi árnyék nincs, ha nincs légkondicionáló az autóban, a megsülés garantált. A főépület 2-3 perc séta de megéri! Kedves volt a személyzet, segítőkészek, mindenki elismerésem nekik, ahogy láttam az egész épületet egy (talán 2) hölgy takarította, nem lehet könnyű nekik. Negatív: A fürdőszobában nincs szellőző, minden a szobán keresztül szellőzik. Az ágyon a matrac nincs rögzítve, éjszaka ahogy forgolódik az ember, szépen lassan a matrac "lemászik" az ágyról. Az internet olyan mint a mesében, hol volt hol nem volt. A tv-n kb 6-8 magyar nyelvű csatorna van, annak minősége is nagyon rossz, tök szemcsés. A szomszédos szobából a kicsit erősebb zaj (pl. amikor a zuhanykabin ajtót csukták, wc lehúzás, fiókok betolása) teljesen áthallatszik. A wc-t jobb esetben 2x de van hogy 3x le kellett húzni, hogy lemenjen. 4 * Positive: Beautiful building, nicely, tastefully decorated, air-conditioned rooms. Comfortable bed (mattress) with bedside lamp, terrace. And silence. Huge silence. For those who want to relax in a quiet peaceful place its excellent, I strongly recommend it! Barrier-free parking, the car is completely safe, but unfortunately there is no shade, if there is no air conditioning in the car, damage is guaranteed. The main building is a 2-3 minute walk but well worth it! The staff were nice, helpful, everyone acknowledged them as I saw the whole building cleaned by a (maybe 2) lady, it couldn’t be easy for them. Negative: There is no ventilation in the bathroom, everything is ventilated through the room. The mattress is not fixed on the bed, at night as one spins, the mattress "slowly climbs" off the bed. The internet is like a fairy tale, where it was where it wasn’t. There are about 6-8 Hungarian language channels on the TV, its quality is also very poor, very grainy. From the adjoining room, a little louder noise (e.g. when the shower door is closed, toilet is pulled down, drawers are pushed in) is completely audible. The toilet is 2x better in the best case, but sometimes it had to be pulled down 3x to go down.

The design is a bit tired, the accommodation is far from 4 stars. The mattress is really falling off the bed, it is not paractive.

Á	Ákos Hervai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must go. Value is good. The main building can pass as 4 stars however Hertelendy house requires updating specifically the showers but the bed linen is not 4 starts. The bed itself is great and comfy. All fridges requires replacing in the rooms however all rooms were very clean. We'll done to the staff who cleans the rooms. Regarding staff. Reception staff were polite friendly and were the only staff members who acknowledged us with eye contact and smile. All waitresses were missing all of the above except Tiffany who we also realised that she worked the hardest and had guest contact politeness. Food as always is plentiful and has vast offerings. Even at low occupancies full buffet breakfasts and dinner was offered. One very negative. The amount of pools that was available to us was unexceptable. Not general info is that there is an amount of water the establishment can use per year so as it was a low occupancy they are probably saving for the more busiest time. For the engineers - I would have filled up the back pool over night so it could have cooled over night for next day use. Like this that pool was not available for us all day. This does not make much sense.
