★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent taste but messy when you eat. We ordered their guitar hero double petty burger and street burger and they were delicious. Nice selection of sauces. I don't know why they wrap their burgers in paper. Presentation of burger is not so good. Nice French fries though. Service is very good and guy at the counter answered all questions to our satisfaction. Nice choice of cold drinks and beers available. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to have my lunch there. Customer service assistant was very rude or I shall say ignorant. Even though the place looked cool, this ruined the atmosphere. I ordered a burger. 15 mins later still no sign on my burger. I know freshly made, but the place was empty. Another customer also waited 13 mins, but they got their burgers before me. I went to ask: the guy at the till said: you have a number, what was that? (by that time like I was the only customer inside). Then he looked left and said: oh it just got ready (it was already sitting on the shelf there).
Anyway, super hungry, swallowed the rudeness with a bite from the burger. The burger was small, the bun too soft and the meat raw and smelly. The sauce did not help with this either. I was so hungry, but the rudeness, the horrendous waiting time and the awful taste completely ruined the experience. Would never return nor recommend to any friends. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idk which part should ı start to write from. First of all, It was bad experienced that we have been through in this location of Zing Burger. Worker’s attitude was so rude. he might have overwhelmed or over worked. We said, we are vegetarian and help us to order st without pork. He said ok but still added it on our chips even we had ordered only with cheese. He added meat made by pork. How unfortunate to us that He charged more price than we ordered. We couldnt realize in time but after. We could not do anything because of the trip was for 2 days. It was not nice what he did to us. Anyway, We knew about Zing Burger and experienced when we had trip to Budapest. But not in this location. You may prefer other locations of Zing Burger but not this one. Or there are also other locations makes handmake Burgers better taste then here. You do not need to stick to this brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a good burger. The fries were also fresh and crispy. The coleslaw was a bit different than an American coleslaw but still quite good. They have a good selection of drinks and the service was fairly quick.

What I liked was the structure, a lot of burgers on budapest get too soggy. This burger held itself together
The quality of the meat wasn’t great though, you can tell it’s frozen and cheap. Also it’s a bit too salty
