★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too long queue on the drive-thru because it works only with one window for both payment and getting the order and it is the same person on the speaker as well, this delays the entire process instead of hastening it. Also was given the wrong drinks after being asked to confirm which drinks I had ordered. The grill chicken sandwich was slightly burnt as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been waiting for order more than 15 minutes, than our order number disappeared from the info board and nobody was able to explain ... after another 5 minutes there were many people complaining and we have realized that at least 5 more customers in queue had no their orders. We have left without food because we have been busy ... really unbelievable experience. I guess they removed the orders from the board to "deliver" orders within some internal deadline, but no orders have been delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmmmm... It's okay.. but they never have the advertised shakes.. "The shake machine is out of service" we hear time and time again! We live very close by, it's our nearest fast food joint... And the little stalks of hot corn are also often just simply unavailable... "Nincs" we hear in Hungarian... "Don't have any"... Sorry... too bad..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just walked out due to the disgusting attitude of the server in the wheelchair - rude, and when we asked him about the options available / menu clarification rolled his eyes as if we were basically an annoyance - cursed under his breath when we changed our mind with the order. Avoid!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate when the food I order is not exactly what I received! Instead of hamburger for my daughter, I received different! Too long the queue at the drive through that is why we decided to order it inside!

Nothing from digital order is working.
Staff (5-7 people) running around without any reason. Waiting on the order place for 10 min nothing.
Toilet - dirty, no paper, soap forget it.
Then another 10 min waiting.
No menu (1 out of 6 display had something).
No one asked me if I want to order.
I just left. Don’t go there !
Feedback for owner:
I will to not go to any webpage to report issues in your restaurant. If you can't manage this yourself (with at lest 8 cameras around building) then what a manager you are ?
If you can't manage KFC brand maybe you should be closed down ?
If you insist to report on kfc.hu I would direcly to kfc.com
