★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me preface my statement by acknowledging that of course an airport fast food restaurant should not be held up to the highest of gastronomical standards.
That said, if I wanted room temperature soggy fries, I could have brought them through security myself. I also was not offered ketchup, and had to line back up to buy one for 200 forints. Advice: go to the Burger King right beside it instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid with Amex at the machine. Machine returned error. Clerk advised to pay again at their till using Mastercard as AMEX didn't go through. Got a charge later on the AMEX as well, 2430FT, 22nd of May, around 17:16.
The breading on the chicken legs was chewy, like gum. Removed it and only had the meat. Second poor experience with KFC in Budapest. Not returning ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst kfc I’ve ever been in. Gave me and my boyfriend burgers with RAW CHICKEN, and after I went to the till to show them the burgers and how obviously undercooked they are, they told me “oh it’s just the spices that we put in the chicken that makes it look pink, it’s perfectly safe to eat”. I did NOT eat any more of that burger because it definitely was not perfectly safe to eat. I wish I could attach the picture to show everyone just how disgusting it looked. Now, two days later, I am suffering from salmonella, as well as my boyfriend who also had the same burger. Great job guys. They didn’t even offer to give our money back which is highly unethical and unprofessional. Worst kfc ever.

The English language didn’t go very well for me and my family, but we still understood each other well with the checkout lady.
Our order was completed quickly and it was all very fresh. I am very happy to recommend this KFC to everyone.
