F	Frank Poweruser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FINGER WEG VON DIESER FIRMA !!!!!!!!! Ich habe meinen KIA-Carnival für einige kleinere Service-Arbeiten dorthin gestellt. Bei dem Wagen können beide Seitentüren auf Knopfdruck geöffnet werden. - sehr praktisch - EINE der beiden automatischen Seitentüren hat nicht mehr automatisch funktioniert. Mein Reparaturauftrag hat gelautet: die Seitentüre ansehen und wenn es mit GERINGEM Aufwand möglich ist, reparieren. Mein Wagen ist dann 18 TAGE in Sopron gestanden. Ich wurde alle 2 Tage vertröstet mit der Entschuldigung, dass der Elektriker krank sei. Beim Abholen hat man mir den Wagen mit laufendem Motor !!!! übergeben, ohne irgendeinen Kommentar. Ich war in Eile und bin sofort losgefahren. In Österreich hat sich herausgestellt, daß die Batterie VÖLLIG kaputt ist,( 200.-€ ) sowie die andere Seitentüre, die bisher einwandfrei funktioniert hat, nunmehr auch kaputt ist. ( Reparatur in Österreich 1200.-€). Ich habe schriftlich und persönlich reklamiert und interveniert und wurde mit lauter höflichen Ausreden abgespeist. Fazit: NIE WIEDER FINGER WEG VON DIESER FIRMA FINGERS OFF THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!! I put my KIA Carnival there for some minor service work. Both side doors of the trolley can be opened at the push of a button. - very convenient - ONE of the two automatic side doors stopped working automatically. My repair order was: Look at the side door and, if it is possible with LOW effort, repair it. My car then stood in Sopron for 18 DAYS. I was put off every 2 days with the excuse that the electrician was sick. When I picked it up, they gave me the car with the engine running !! passed without any comment. I was in a hurry and left immediately. In Austria it turned out that the battery is COMPLETELY broken (200.- €) and the other side door, which previously worked perfectly, is now also broken. (Repair in Austria 1200.- €). I complained in writing and personally and intervened and was fobbed off with a lot of polite excuses. Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN FINGERS AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Kleiner Hinweis, bitte alle Eingänge von Schnee und Eis räumen. I brought my Kia Stonic for annual service. The employees were very nice and also speak good German. Value for money is very good. A small note, please clear all entrances of snow and ice.
