It's unbelievable that Kicsi serves this high quality sushi with current price. Their raw fish is fresh, and my favorite parts are the taste of soy sauce and rice vinegar because they are special. If you taste the soy sauce, you can feel it's a bit sweeter and matches with sushi perfectly which you can't experience in other sushi places. They might take time to serve but it's understandable because they are making them in order and beautiful. The staffs seems shy, but they are working hard:) I love Kicsi so much that if it were in Japan, where there are many sushi restaurants, I would choose to come Kicsi. You should make a reservation. I LOVE HERE SOOOOOOO MUCH!! My recommendations ・Seafood mix temaki ・Salmon avocado bowl ・Salmon nigiri & Eel nigiri （salmon in kicsi is amazing I wanna cry）

One long bar to dine there. For Japanese culture is very popular but it might be unfortunate for European standard. The staffs are super nice and helpful. The foods prepared just fast on time. Honest review about the foods as a picky person, I would say 6 points. The sushi rolls are the best. The others seemed not so fresh such as sashimi, Gogza wraps, scallops. The price is not cheap but not expensive. But anyway Japanese foods are not supposed cheap in general because of exotic ingredients. There is their own grocery Japanese shop next to it. You can buy some cool stuffs. But it’s small and not enough ingredients As I wish for my cooking stalls. By the way, great experiences!

The venue itself also feels very authentic, with a real Japanese charm to it, even though it's tiny. Best to book in advance if you want a seat (or order home), and make sure you have cash in hand.

As the name suggests, it's a tiny piece of Japan in the center of Budapest. Friendly, expert staff will make your sushi right in front of you paying extra attention to the preparation process and all the details, I was mesmerized to watch it. There is absolutely no hurry, they know what they're doing and trust the process. The food tastes amazing and the price to quality ratio is great, especially with all the good quality ingredients they use and the wonders they create from them.
