If you are into paying quadruple of things worth, it's your spot. Otherwise you can find places in Budapest offering similar quality, better atmosphere and much cheaper prices.

Food: 5/5 Plating: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cocktail Service: 5/5 Menu: 5/5 Design: 5/5 Dinner there was so good we went back for drinks and something sweet the next day, and we were only in town for a quick weekend. I highly recommend this place, everything was top quality, and the service is exquisite - Ask for Nandi! He was incredible and made our entire weekend with his big smile and great attitude. They all made us feel really taken care of, when we weren't sure what dessert to get so they brought us one on the house. and they were incredible when it came to nut allergies as well!! Going over every dish with us and asking about every ingredient. And the restaurant is well designed as well.
L	Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Nobu standard is there, so all good on the food side. The service was disappointing. The table beside me arrived at the same time I did. They ordered oysters, as I did. They got the oysters and a hot dish, and I was still waiting for the oysters. Did they order in advance on the Nubo app? When I asked the waiter about the oysters, he explained "they are freshly opened", which I take was supposed to justify the long wait. After a few minutes, I got a spinach salad I had not ordered. The greens prompted me to ask the kitchen about the oysters, and I was once again educated: "they're freshly opened oysters". After about 5 minutes, the time-delayed oysters came, followed by a hasty sequence of other plates I had ordered. This time, Nubo ruined the dinning experience. I want to think it was an exception; I might even return to double check.

We went for the Budapest signature tasting menu which was around £100 pp and included 7 dishes, each one a complete surprise but well worth the money. The staff were incredibly attentive and polite, and we really felt like we had a luxurious dining experience. The tasting menu included many of the most expensive items we had hoped to try, including wagyu beef, lobster, foie gras, scallops, sashimi, a selection of nigiri, and more - way more than we expected or had even hoped for! Each dish was brought to the table and explained in great detail and excitement with surprisingly large portions as well - we were absolutely stuffed by the end! The food was amazing, and the cocktails were lovely as well. The restaurant itself was very classy, dimly lit and boisterous but not too noisy or overly pretentious. We got lucky and managed to get a booking for 2 on a Friday night with only a few hours notice but I imagine you'd need to book in advance. A very tasty treat that made fine dining accessible - we hope to visit more locations in the future.

I’ve been to many locations and while the servers were kind, they lacked the knowledge and wow of other locations and Michelin stars. What we ate: - the Cod: absolutely delicious. Some bones still in, so pay attention when eating - sushi, nigiri and sashimi platters: great quality - roasted asparagus: one of our favourite things on the menu. Sweet-ish sauce, buttery roasted pecan, deliciously charred asparagus - broccolini: okay. Tasted like simple broccolini - oyster trio: they were good with some different toppings - yellowtail with jalapeño: certainly worth the order - honey truffle baby corn: delicious and not too sweet, but quite oily All in all, a nice restaurant to visit. But if on a shorter trip, other Michelins preferred for Budapest and certainly other Nobu locations globally
R	Reza Shok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great dinner,I knew it was gonna be great because I knew about Nobu,its reputation precedes itself, but I went with waiter recommendation because it was the first time and I loved it, the Peruvian duck liver sauce on my tender loin was amazing, the salmon sashimi and bento box was all top. Love Nobu
