Today, I arrived around 11am to solo, but I received a closed door when they open at 10am! I saw the lady sitting behind the counter, so I thought they were open! Can I come !? The lady’s response was that they were open, but she left the key in the lock, but let’s not go into that! I got a cream which I also gave with “overwhelming” kindness! I'd rather go to my minutes, have a big tongue, I thought I'm not saying anything to myself, you must have a bad day! Then I thought all the way through that he works in a service, serves people, and can’t talk like that! When I was done I told him I had been coming here for years and had been leaving my money here for years but I wouldn’t do that anymore because the service he provided was outrageous! By the time he shouted indignantly that I was out serving properly and that now the problem was that the door was locked !? Then he added from the rupture of his throat that he was sick and shouldn’t be working today! After that, I asked for the complaint book for which he didn't want to give me a pen, and then he shouted and stood at the door to go out! That’s when I stopped and waited to get the complaint book I filled out! I’m so sorry I’ve really been here for years, but I’ll never put my foot down again and I’ll warn my friends out of place too! Don’t get me wrong, not because the door was locked, because we’re human and we make mistakes, but even then we don’t talk and behave like that with a paying guest! Best regards: A former regular!
