★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An average place to stay. 5 floors rented by BME for international students . Has it's own common room with projector, 8 ball pool table and library etc. Located near Bikas metro station and at a very quiet neighborhood .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a residency place, BME University has rent sone floor from here as a dormitory for it's international students. The staff is very cooperative and the reception is 24/7 there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful personnel, awful conditions, not possible to live in normal conditions!!! The building is full of homeless people! The rooms are full with numerous types of bugs. If you are coming here be ready to see the bugs in your bed, wardrobe or even in your dishes. The worst: they're biting at nights and don't let to sleep. Facilities are not working properly!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On July 12, 2021, I moved into the Kocsis Workers' Hostel. I am very satisfied, the whole building is clean and tidy. I live in a thirty square meter room, the room has TV, internet, telephone. The anteroom opens to the toilet, shower and hand basin. Bed linen is changed weekly and the rooms are cleaned twice a week. I should have come here earlier. Close to the tram stop, good public transport, restaurants, shops are all nearby.
