Biztos lehetne javitani az ügyfél folyamatokon de annyira jók az árak, hogy így is megéri odajárni. Very good prices, helpful service. It would be if there were all the products in the webshop. You could be sure to improve your customer processes, but the prices are so good that it is worth it.

Évek óta tapasztaljuk, hogy a megrendelések nincsenek összekészítve időben, a kiszolgáló személyzet flegma, a vezetők pedig nem sietnek megoldani az ügyfél panaszait, egyáltalán semmi reakciót nem vált ki belőlük egy dühös ügyfél. Megy az ujjal mutogatás a dolgozók között, senki nem vállalja a hibáikért és a gyenge kiszolgálási szint miatt a felelősséget, elképesztően dühítő az egész szervezet. Amennyiben megoldható máshonnan a beszerzés, örömmel hanyagoljuk a Koelnert. Horrible, slow service, incompetent management. For years, we’ve found that orders aren’t put together on time, service staff are phlegm, and managers are in no hurry to resolve customer complaints, and no angry customer elicits any reaction from them at all. Going finger pointing among employees, no one takes responsibility for their mistakes and poor level of service, is amazingly outrageous for the whole organization. If sourcing is possible elsewhere, we will be happy to neglect Koelner.

A kiszolgálás gyorsasága és udvariassága viszont jelentősen javult! Ez értékelendő, de ezt a sok ötcsillagos véleményt azért nem tudom hova tenni... Rude customer reception. I don’t think greeting is a luxury, nor is it that I feel like a customer all along. However, the speed and courtesy of the service has improved significantly! That's appreciated, but I don't know where to put these many five-star opinions ...

A panasszal /észrevétellel a cég ténylegesen foglalkozik, ez becsülendő. Emiatt emeltem a minősítésen. Koelner quality ... Never again! I would enclose a picture of what the direct hanger knows, but unfortunately I don’t know. It's been a while. The complaint / comment is actually dealt with by the company, this is to be estimated. That’s why I raised my rating.

A képviselő visszavette és megállapította h nincs anyaghiba, tehát jogtalan a kérelmem. Veszek egy 10 000Ft értékű szerszámot. Az első vágásnál eltörik a hegye. Nincs kártalanítás/csere, semmi. Soha többet ezt a típust és a Koelnerből sem kell több. I bought a Modeco Expert power cutter, the tip broke, even though it crossed the diameter of the reinforced concrete. The representative withdrew and found h there is no material defect, so my application is illegal. I'm buying a tool worth 10,000 HUF. The tip is broken on the first cut. No compensation / exchange, nothing. You will never need this type again and no more from Koelner.

De annyira, hogy ha van egy kis tisztesség a cégben abbahagyják a pénzért való árusítását, mert ez már feszegeti az átverés kategóriát. Csavarok hossza változó, az Istennek nem bírod behajtani normálisan, a bitfejek sem mindig illeszkednek, és ezt a véleményt több doboz elhasználása után írom. Életem legkeservesebb munkaélményei között is kiemelkedő dobogós helyezést ér el ezzel a csavarral dolgozni. The most scandalously poor catastrophic quality that comes to mind when describing drywall screws is outrageously bad. But so much so that if there’s a little fairness in the company, they’ll stop selling for the money because that already strains the scam category. The length of the screws varies, God can't drive it in normally, the bitheads don't always fit either, and I'll write this opinion after using several boxes. Even with the bitterest work experience of my life, working with this screw achieves an outstanding podium position.
