Egy word dokumentuot nem tudnak kezelni, amit (ugyanazt a fájlt) érdekes máshol szépen ki tudtak nyomtatni. Senkinek nem ajánljuk! Today's lady spoke to us in a not-so-friendly, humbling and instructive tone. You paid the full price of the damaged product. They can't handle a word document that (interestingly, the same file) could print nicely elsewhere. Not recommended to anyone!

Többször jártam már az üzletben, volt amikor elrontották a nyomtatásom, a barátságtalan, bunkó stílust sem most tapasztaltam először. Szükség nagy úr alapon kellett ma bemennem az üzletbe. Többet nem fog előfordulni. 10 perces várakozásom alatt (ahogyan a többi vásárlónak is) a vásárlókra vonatkozó degradáló tájékoztatásokat volt szerencsém elolvasni, értesültem belőlük, hogy minta vásárlónak minősül(het)tem volna, mert a nyomtatandó anyagot pendriveon és azon is külön mappában tárolva nyújtottam át. Szükségem volt áfás számlára, amit nem kaptam meg, mert a rendszer épp nem működött. A fiatalember kis türelmet kért, természetesen előfordul az ilyen, ezért jeleztem, hogy nagyon szívesen megvárom. Mindeközben megérkezett egy hölgy, aki lekezelő stílusban felhívta a figyelmem, hogy nem működik a rendszer, majd fintorogva, arcokat vágva a nyomtatás, a vásárlás végösszegére közölte, hogy nyugtát tud adni. Nekem nem nyugtára, hanem áfás számlára volt szükségem. Mindemellett ez a stílus az, amit egyetlen egy kereskedelmi tevékenységet végző, szolgáltatást nyújtó sem képviselhetne, engedhetne meg, de még a magánemberek esetében is átlép bizonyos határokat. Not a consumer / buyer oriented, “friendly” place at all. I’ve been to the store several times before, there were times when my print was ruined, I didn’t even experience the unfriendly, jerk style for the first time. I had to go into the store today on a large gentleman basis. It will not happen again. While I waited 10 minutes (as did the other customers) I was lucky enough to read the degrading information about the customers, I learned from them that I could be considered a sample customer because I handed over the printed material stored on a flash drive and in a separate folder. I needed a VAT invoice, which I didn’t get because the system just wasn’t working. The young man asked for a little patience, of course this happens, so I indicated that I would be very happy to wait. In the meantime, a lady arrived who, in a condescending style, drew my attention to the fact that the system was not working, and then grimaced, cutting faces at the print, announcing to the final amount of the purchase that she could give a receipt. I did not need a receipt, but a VAT invoice. However, this style is something that no single commercial service provider could represent or allow, but even for private individuals, it crosses certain boundaries.
S	Sketch Otterly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dolgozók teljes flegmasággal kezelnek mindent, iszonyatosan túlárazott minden, annak ellenére, hogy a kész termék mínősíthetetlen, sajnos 0csillagot nemtudok adni. De azt az egy csillagot is annak a dolgozonak adnám, aki ma segített nekem, mert ő legalább kedves és segítő kész volt. Neked köszönöm. Minden más borzalmas. Sose voltam ilyen rossz minőségü és ennyire DRÁGA nyomdában. The workers handle everything with great phlegm, all overwhelmingly overpriced, even though the finished product is unqualified, unfortunately I can't give it 0 stars. But I would give that one star to the worker who helped me today because she was at least kind and helpful. Thank you. Everything else is terrible. I've never been in such a poor quality and so expensive print shop.

Ha valaki olyan szeretne nyomtatni, akinek nincs grafikai tapasztalata képesek és pixeles, olvashatatlan anyagot nyomtatnak és még a pénzt is elfogadják. Egy Nem tudják megnyitni a pdf-eket amit kérnek, 24 óra, míg elkészül a kérés (minimum). Csak olyan használja, aki maga grafikailag helyes design-al megy oda. It took several days for 50 paper invitations to be printed. If you want someone to print who has no graphics experience and is able to print pixelated, unreadable material and even accept money. One They cannot open the pdfs they request, 24 hours until the request is completed (minimum). Only use it by someone who goes there with a graphically correct design.

A színek is nagyon eltértek az eredetitől, rajta hagytak minden egyes oldalon egy fehér keretet, azzal az indokkal, hogy "egyetlen egy nyomda se nyomtat lap széléig". Emellett rossz helyen fűzték össze (irkafűzés), el lettek csúsztatva az oldalak. Legszívesebben egy csillagot se adnék ennek a nyomdának.
