Szerintem egy korrekt hely. 2 telefont is vettem már tőlük régebben az Arany János utcai boltukból. I inquired by phone about a software problem. I was honestly told that what I was asking for was possible but not safe. I think it's a fair place. I also bought 2 phones from them in the past from their shop on Arany János street.
N	Norbert Kiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jó estét kívánok ! A minap (Köki - Terminál) vásároltam a boltban egy telefonkészüléket. Hazavitel után, a telefon újraindításakor kiderült, hogy hibás a készülék. Másnap reggel nyitásra, visszatértem a boltba a problémával, ahol arrogánsan, udvariatlanul, lekezelő módon válaszoltak a feltett kérdésekre. A bolti garanciát erőltette, ami felháborító, hiszen az én pénzemen és az én időmön szerették volna megjavítani a készüléket . Ezek után nem volt hajlandó vissza venni a készüléket, sőt semmilyen módon, nem állt szándékukban segíteni. Én személy szerint nem ajánlom senkinek az ottani eladókat, mert szerintem ez nem vevő orientált viselkedés egy eladó részéről, akinek az lenne a dolga, hogy a lehető legjobb módon segítőkészséget mutasson a vásárlója felé, aki ezek után bizalommal ajánlja őt/őket más vásárlóknak és szívesen tér még vissza a boltba. A eladói viselkedés után , viszontválaszban nem is reménykedem , ilyen hozzáállással és problémamegoldással. Felháborítónak tartom, hogy egy jól menő üzlethálózat nevével, rosszindulatú eladók élnek vissza . I wish you a good evening ! The other day (Köki - Terminal) I bought a telephone in the store. After that, they refused to take the device back, and in no way did they intend to help. I personally do not recommend the sellers there to anyone because I do not think this is a buyer-oriented behavior on the part of a seller whose job it is to show the best possible helpfulness to their customer, who then confidently recommends him / them to other customers and is happy to still returns to the store. After the sales behavior, I don’t even hope in response, with such an attitude and problem solving. I find it outrageous that the name of a well-run store chain is being abused by malicious sellers.
