M	Melinda Für on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KÖKI Terminálban lévő szervizbe adott iPhone 7 telefonomból minden gyári alkatrészt kiloptak, amit lehetett és nem volt azonnal szembetűnő (shieldek, csavarok, kijelző). Hátlapi kamerát kellett volna megjavítani, ehelyett megloptak és még a home-gombot is tönkretették, a kábeleket egy az egyben kiszakították a készülékből! Mivel semmilyen papírt nem adtak, azt is letagadták utólag, hogy valaha ott jártam és bizonyítani sem tudom. Senkinek nem ajánlom, hogy ott szervizeltesse a telefont! SOHA! My iPhone 7 provided to the service station at KÖKI Terminal was stolen from all factory parts that could and were not immediately obvious (shields, screws, display). The rear-facing camera would have had to be repaired instead, stolen and even the home button broken, the cables cut off one-by-one! As no paper was given, they were denied later that I had ever been there and I could not prove it. I do not recommend anyone to have the phone serviced there! NEVER!

Az eset nem pont ma törtent, de úgy tűnik szerencsés üzlet, hogy olyan sok megrendelése van, hogy válogathat a feladatok között.. The case didn’t happen exactly today, but it seems like a lucky deal that you have so many orders to choose from.

Sajnos mínusz értékelés nincs. I put glass foil on my phone for less than a week and it got airy. I complained and that was the answer I must have gotten the phone somewhere. Real root of the seller. A felrakáskor azt hazudta az amúgy rendkívül flegma stílusban kommunikáló eladó, hogy a fólia majd rásimul a kijelzőre. Mikor szerettem volna kicseréltetni, ugyanez az eladó arra hivatkozva, hogy már lejárt a garancia, nem cserélte ki. Katasztrofális üzletpolitika, és ügyfélkezelés, senkinek nem ajánlom!
