A mai napon voltunk bennt a feleségemmel az okmányirodába, a "kedves" ügyintéző nő a nélkül hogy a közjegyzői okiratba foglalt meghatalmazást elolvasta volna a lakcim valtoztatasnal önhatalmúan belejavított a lakcím bejelentő lapba hibajavítóval. Ez magában is dühítő lenne, ám ezért mehetünk vissza mégegyszer. Annyit nem mondott, hogy elnézést vagy bocsánat. Aki teheti válasszon másik okmányirodát, ahol az ügyintéző tud olvasni. Üdv Hello! D	Dóra Szalai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Őszintén megmondom, hogy én még életemben nem voltam olyan hivatalban, ahol az ügyfélszolgálatos emberke ennyire rendes lett volna, mint az ott dolgozó Mácsai Dorottya. Több alkalommal is bizonyította, hogy nem csak hatékonyan dolgozik, hanem ebben a borzasztó világban ember is tudott maradni. Rossz ügyfél vagyok, utálom a bürokrata rendszert, értetlenkedek folyamatosan, de ő kitartóan, türelmesen, kedvesen magyarázott el mindent, minden egyes alkalommal. Ilyen emberek kellenének többen a hivatalokba, ami amúgy is idegörlő ügyfélként, nemhogy még akkor ha egy atombunkó ügyintéző foglalkozik az ember lányával vagy akár fiával. A legszínvonalasabb ez az okmáyiroda Budapesten, voltam már jópárban, köztük a saját kerületemben (16) is, de inkább elmegyek messzebb a Keletiig, ahol extrán segítőkészek és kedvesek. Köszönöm szépen. I will honestly say that I have never been in an office in my life where the customer service person would have been as normal as Dorottya Mácsai working there. He has proven on several occasions that not only does he work efficiently, but man has been able to stay in this awful world. I am a bad customer, I hate the bureaucratic system, I am constantly puzzled, but he explained everything persistently, patiently, kindly. Such people would need more people in the office, which is already a nerve-wracking client, not even if an atomic clerk deals with a man’s daughter or even a son. This is the highest quality office in Budapest, I have been in quite a few, including my own district (16), but I prefer to go further to the East, where they are extremely helpful and kind. Thank you very much.

The young women who work here were extremely nice (one woman translated) and went above and beyond to help me with my issues registering for Client Gate. Compared to the other local offices they really tried to get to the bottom of my issue and even spoke with Immigration on the phone for close to 15 minutes. It's nice to see people who care about those who come to their local office looking for help (especially non Hungarian speaking foreigners), and that was exactly what I got!

From the gestures she made to the her moving away when I just said please and tried to ask a question at the end ( she just went away and stood by the corner like, I am not coming back until this beast has left). The lady on Counter 7 today (15/07/2021) has completely ruined my entire day. I just don't want to say it's because of racial bias, but I guess she is just bad.
