I came here at 3 pm and I found closed (the Hours of opening on website and on the door was from 8 am to 6 pm) i wait about 30 minutes and it still closed, so I have called and a girl answer me that they are open... how??? Come and open, I’m out of the store and it closed!!!! So she tells me, sorry we will be open later... in an hour from now! What?! So she will come in an hour to close the store!!! Are you serious?!?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to change my review and give a 5 star only because of the welcoming environment. Today was the second time i purchased some products and Nikolett was very nice and friendly . With my second purchase I received several product samples to try at home, which was very much appreciated. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe have the website in English as there are so many good products available and it would be nice to have the opportunity to check the names and the description in English to make it easier for foreigners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could I give 0 stars! On Tuesday 29 oct 2019 at 14:00 this place called official shop-spa center stay without a seller! There was only a cosmetologist, who didn’t know how to use a cashier. I especially checked working hours on the website (supposedly every day 10-18). I wanted to buy some products for me and my family as gifts. Such work is unacceptable!!!!
