Ich lebe in Österreich und habe leider erst beim nach Hause kommen gesehen, dass mir im Shop ein Tester verkauft wurde. Nachdem ich mich an Pupa Budapest gewendet habe kam es zum folgenden. Die Kontaktaufnahme hat über eine Woche gedauert, weil mir mal niemand zurück geschrieben. Nachdem ich wieder geschrieben habe, bekam ich die Antwort, dass ich das Produkt im Shop eintauschen kann. Da ich in ÖSTERREICH lebe, kann ich nicht einfach schnell nach Budapest und mir was neues holen. Daraufhin wurde mir ein 30% Gutscheincode geschickt. Ich habe zurück geschrieben, dass ich einfach nur das neue Produkt haben will. Und ich will nicht noch mehr von meinem Geld bei Pupa ausgeben. Nach dem Absenden kam eine Mail in der stand, dass Pipa meine E-Mails blockiert hat. Ich finde, das ist der mieseste Kundenservice, den ich jeh gesehen habe. Sie hätten mir einfach nur ein neues, ungebrauchtes Produkt schicken sollen. Nie wieder kaufe ich dort ein und kann es auch nicht weiterempfehlen. At the beginning of November I bought a ghost palette from Pupa in Budapest. I live in Austria and unfortunately I only saw when I came home that a tester was sold to me in the shop. After I turned to Pupa Budapest, the following happened. It took me over a week to get in touch because nobody wrote me back. After I wrote again, I got the answer that I can exchange the product in the shop. Since I live in AUSTRIA, I can't just go to Budapest and get something new quickly. I was then sent a 30% voucher code. I wrote back that I just wanted the new product. And I don't want to spend any more of my money at Pupa. After I had sent it, I received an email stating that Pipa had blocked my emails. I think that's the worst customer service I've ever seen. You should have just sent me a new, unused product. I will never shop there again and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

A termékek kiválóak, érzékeny bőrtípusú vagyok, de az itt vásárolt termékek egyike sem váltott ki még allergiás reakciót nálam. Mindig szívesen vásárolok itt! Köszönöm! The ladies for sale are always (for years) maximally helpful !!! The products are excellent, I have sensitive skin types, but none of the products I bought here have caused me to have an allergic reaction. I am always happy to shop here! Thanks!

Majdhogynem meg tisztelve kellett éreznem magam, hogy egyáltalán betehettem a lábam a boltba és még pénzt is költhettem ott..szerettem volna még körbenézni, de teljesen elvették a kedvem. Régen azért segítőkészek voltak az eladók és nyilván nem az az elvárás, hogy körbeugráljanak, de azért jó lenne ha az ember nem azzal érzéssel lenne bent, hogy mindjárt leköpi az eladó, amiért bement… I was inside today to buy my usual primer and it didn’t take much to leave it all there, as the attitude of the two sellers was quite outrageous. I almost had to feel honored that I could put my foot in the store at all and even spend money there..I wanted to look around, but I was completely discouraged. In the past, sellers were helpful and obviously not expected to jump around, but it would be good if you weren't in the feeling that the seller was about to spit on you…
A	Anony Mous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasárnap délután lettem figyelmes erre a piciny boltra, ahol előzőleg a Nyx volt. Restellem, de eddig a napig nem ismertem ezt a márkát. Kellemes meglépetésként ért, hogy igen minőségi sminket árulnak, korrekt áron! Az eladó hölgyek figyelmesek és kedves voltak velem, sokat segített nekem egy kedves szemüveges hölgy a választásban! Ezer köszönet neki! Nagyon elégedett vagyok a rúzsommal és a pirosítómmal, (pedig igen érzékeny bőrrel rendelkezem, féltem, hogy lesz valami reakció de nem!) úgy hogy legközelebb majd többet bepróbálok. On Sunday afternoon, I became aware of this tiny shop where Nyx used to be. I’m resting, but I haven’t known this brand so far. It was a pleasant step to sell very quality makeup at a fair price! The ladies for sale were attentive and kind to me, a nice lady with glasses helped me a lot in choosing! Thank you so much! I am very happy with my lipstick and blush, (although I have very sensitive skin, I was afraid there would be some reaction but no!) So I will try more next time.

B	Beata Dudash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Pupa in general but the customer service ??‍♀️.. the older shopgirl lady didn’t pay much attention to me, did not offer much help (not that I needed it ,but still) as she discussed all her life issues with the other shopgirl in the store. When I approached the cashier desk, she was acting dismissive and disrespectful. Pupa should be paying more attention to the person they hire and to the customer service of their employees

I’m so upset, this is something which is not allowed to happen!!! It should be a present for a friend .I’m very unhappy about it
