A fóliát nem sikerült tökéletesen felrakni, mindig volt alatta valami szösz. Kétszer is kicserélték ingyen, majd miután harmadjára sem volt tökéletes, visszaadták a pénzt. Ezúton is köszönöm ezt a korrekt hozzáállást! Mert ez a legfontosabb és olyan kevés helyen találni ilyet - egyszer valaki bejött az utcáról nyomtatni. Régen vállaltak ilyet, de már nem. Nem volt rá kolléga. És ahelyett, hogy elhajtották volna az ügyfelet, ingyen kinyomtatta neki a boltvezető azt a pár oldalt. Igazán figyelmes és emberi gesztus. Ez teljesen rendben is lett volna. Viszont már 13 nap eltelt és semmi infót nem kaptam tőlük azóta. Levélre nem válaszolnak, a telefonos ügyfélszolgálatuk nem elérhető. Megbízhatatlan bolt, még egyszer biztosan nem fogok tőlük rendelni. I ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11S cell phone from them. They wrote 1 day after ordering that they are out of stock and will arrive in 4-6 days. That would have been perfectly fine. However, it has been 13 days and I have not received any information from them since. They do not respond to the letter, their telephone customer service is not available. Unreliable store, once again I will definitely not order from them.
