Mikor rákèrdeztem az összegre, flegmán közölte,hogy lehet elütötte...A tejeskávèt duplán akarta ütni. Amúgy simán adok 200/300ft jattot...de ha hülyènek néznek,azt nem szeretem. Anyira sietnek , hogy a vevő alig tud mindenre figyelni! Ha panaszom ( meg tettem írásban) nem talál orvoslást , fel fogom jelenteni a fogyasztó védelméhez !!! A fiatal, hosszú fekete hajú alkalmazott az üzletbe lépésem után hangosan kérte a következő vásárlót. Ez az első alkalom, hogy itt vásároltam, ezért a kínálat megtekintésével voltam elfoglalva, és nem sikerült azonnal reagálnom. Erre a hölgy hangosan kommentálta, hogy nem vagyok képes kérni, és amikor felpillantottam látványosan ignorált, és átvonult a pult másik végébe, hogy az éppen az üzletbe lépő következő vásárlóhoz forduljon. A termékeket a másik alkalmazottól kértem, és kaptam meg. Mint említettem, ez volt az első vásárlásom itt, ezért pontosítottam, hogy nem egészen arra a termékre gondoltam, amit a zacskóba akart tenni az idősebb alkalmazott. Erre a fiatal fekete hajú nő ismét visszatért, hangosan kommentálta, hogy nem is azt mondtam, amit másodszorra. Lehet, hogy nagy az üzlet forgalma, és a gyors kiszolgálás a lényeg, de úgy gondolom, hogy a vásárlóval szemben tanúsított lekezelő, udvariatlan viselkedés nem kéne, hogy beleférjen. A két idősebb alkalmazott, és én is maximálisan udvariasak és türelmesek voltunk egymással. Az idegbeteg módjára viselkedő fiatal alkalmazottnak javasolnék egy stresszkezelő kurzust! To this, the lady commented out loud that I couldn’t ask, and when I looked up she was spectacularly ignored and walked over to the other end of the counter to turn to the next customer just entering the store. I asked for and received the products from the other employee. As I mentioned, this was my first purchase here, so I made it clear that I wasn’t quite thinking about the product the older employee wanted to put in the bag. The young black-haired woman returned to this, commenting out loud that I hadn’t even said what she had a second time. The store may have a high turnover and fast service is the key, but I don’t think the handling, rude behavior toward the customer should fit. The two older employees and I were maximally polite and patient with each other. I would recommend a stress management course to a young employee who behaves like a nerve patient!
