Best Subway station in Hungary

P	Prim Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely renovated. It helps if you arrive fully prepared (e.g. train tickets purchased in advance - I always buy them online the day before). It also helps if you know the name and/or number of your train. There are also MAV and BKK ticket tellers on the station, which is a great plus. Easy to get there by Metro line M4. You can buy snacks and water for your travel. Altogether, compared to e.g Zuglo it has been a much better experience.
J	Javi Flaja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even close to helping out, people in the information or ticket office is useless, impolite and limited. There are no bathrooms in the train station. It is necessary to walk 150 meters yo reach the only bathroom in the whole complex, at the bus station. For shame.

A	Atropin I.V. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is dangerous looking . Most trains to pecs leave from here but at 5 30 am no body is around. Automatic machines selling tickets have no English menu..I don't recommend early hrs in here for tourists...really sad and ugly place ..

When I had a problem the women in the checkout said to me "I need to pee, I don't care your problem, I don't have enough time (it was 20 minute to closing time). Okay, I said go to pee, and I go to another checkout. She sent it back to the previous treasurer. She went back from the pee, and start to deal with the problem, she called in her phone her boss and said again: I don't care your problem, and my boss said you go to customer service. This is a disgusting behavior towards the customer that I don't know they can afford.
R	Ridwansyah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took Regiojet Bus to Vienna from here, and it was really difficult to find information where the bus stop is. No one in information center that can give us direction. There was only information about Volanbusz (regional bus) and flixbus. For you who take Regiojet bus, the departing stop is at Platform A3, similar with the public bus stop in Etele ter (exit from train station). The bus station itself don't have seats in waiting room even in the train station. It turn the traveler to homeless! No wonder many people give bad rating for this bus station.
D	David Dobos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Train was delayed. False , not updated time information. Too late information about the track. Before 20 seconds of newly proposed departure, there was no info about the track / peron... Hungarian state railways.. ..what else
