Spoke with a number of couples from neibouring countries whilst there who said they returned to this hotel on a yearly basis due to the good service and amenities.

I can't give 5 stars just because of the rooms: they should be modernized. A special thanks to the Guest Manager Jozefina: she was very kind and helpful even taking us on a tour of the facility.

T	Theo Dora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is located in a quiet and green area, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Breakfast and dinner buffet is rich, with a wide selection of foods to choose from. Drinks at the bar are reasonably priced. The room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. Toiletries were provided, however, I wasn't happy with the fact that there was no shampoo. They only had a 2 in 1 body lotion and shampoo in a dispenser which was regularly refilled. This I don't find it to be quite fitting for a 5 star hotel. Another thing that I wasn't pleased with was the fact that on a number of occasions there was no hand soap in the dispenser in the spa area toilets. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would also like to mention, for people reading this review, please make sure you discover the thermal river somewhere behind the hotel, there is a pathway leading to it. It is a gem, with clear warm water, with loads of water lilies and tiny fish.

The restaurant with buffet is awesome (we tried the breakfast and dinner buffet) with a wide variety of food in excellent quality. The employees speak fluent German and English. The entertainment is great and they even have their own hotel newspaper in different languages with programs and recommendations on what to do in the area. For somebody who appreciates a high class vacation in Hungary this hotel can absolutely be recommended.
