★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly wonderful experience! I don't understand the negative reviews. I went with my mother, we were warmly greeted at the door by a lovely woman and Tajnai Kornél. I had to exchange a bag, which I bought in a different country. There were no problems with the exchange. He kindly showed me all the bags I was interested in, was very patient and even accommodated my mother who is walking with a cane. I was able to get a beautiful bag and he's my wonderful Sales associate now. I will gladly return many many times for other items I am wanting
