★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good Michael Kors, there is a good selection of the cloths. A good selection of the bags. I think that this is one of the best Michael Kors selections in Europe. There is always the staff which you won’t be able to find in the other Michael Kors stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of my favourite brands. This shop is big with lots of varieties to choose from, bags, wallets, jewellery, clothes, shoes. Well displayed, clean, spacious, helpful associates. I loved shopping here and such a great choice. Associates are not hovering over you and forcing you but they are helpful. I bought my dream bag here and love it. It's a expensive bag but good quality and will last long. Thanks Michael Kors associates for giving such a great experience.
I have shopped in different countries and Michael Kors had always been a great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its the best brand for girls and guys as well. They have a unique kind of clothes collection with a trendy signature. What is not convincing for me that they dont actually showcase men's collection in their shopping stores while I have to buy them online. I would totally recommend having Men's section in all branches so we can at least try sizes instead of guessing which size suits us better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop looks very nice, but unfortunately they fulfilled my webshop orders and they sent used bags to me two times. The bags were not new, there were scratches on them, but it seems they didn't care about them and thought I was stupid. I sent back the first bag and I took back the second one. I got my money back but I was not happy. I wanted the bag , but not a used one. They didn't even say sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very crowded, it felt a but unsafe because nobody seemed to care about Covid protocols. Due to many people at the same time in the shop, there wasn't anyone available for assistance. Also, the discounts offered were really not big discounts that make an attractive offer. I expected more from MK shops and organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In terms of noteworthiness there is nothing to write home about. It's just your average Michael Kors store. However, there's one element that deserves to be mentioned here. The "illustrious" staff (a bunch of unremarkable ladies with very bad command of the English language) is probably paid to be unhelpful and rude to you. Never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The previous reviews seem to reflect my personal experience: they never, ever pick up the phone. I have been to the store several times, there seem to be enough employees so I really don’t understand why picking up the phone is such an impossible task for several years now. This sort of practice is not really in line with the image that the brand is supposed to project. Public utilities have better customer service.
