★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst laboratory I've ever seen. They gave me the wrong analysis. Nobody speaks English. They hang up on me when I call. 2-3 days to reply to an email. No explanations. STAY AWAY!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two really lovely ladies work here. English communication is tough but you can get blood and urine tests without a doctor's note. They have a binder with a pricelist in Hungarian so make sure you bring your Google translator ;). Here's a photo of the page with STI tests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for a specific list of examinations. They told me to pay about 28k HUF and that I would have to come back again in the early hours for 1 item on the list.
I received the documents but the first 2 items from my list were missing from my results.
I came back for my morning appointment and asked about my missing results. THEY DID NOT COPY THOSE. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED WHETHER THEY WERE CAPABLE OF COPYING 15 ITEMS FROM A PRINTED PIECE OF PAPER.
I ended up having to pay about 23k HUF for the second round of examinations. No apologies, no compensation for my lost time and money.
I can only hope I will soon be able to access my most important results with no problems.
Incompetent bunch. Would not recommend.
