A Börzsöny kapujában, számtalan túraútvonal kiindulópontjában található Igazgatóságunk erdei iskolája és látogatóközpontja Királyréten, ahol 3-6-8 ágyas szobákban 41 fő részére, valamint 2 ágyas, zuhanyzós szobákban 10 fő részére biztosítunk szálláslehetőséget. Vendégeink a látogatóközpont nyújtotta lehetőségek közül is válogathatnak – interaktív természetismereti kiállítás, vezetett séták a Királyréti tanösvényen várják az érdeklődőket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The routes are almost always dry and easy to walk, the wildlife is exceptional. The lake is pretty well protected from all sides except where the route touches it so it's nearly untouched. You have to see how thousands of geese fly in to rest in the evening and continue their travel in the morning when autumn comes. There is a bird ringing camp almost all summer long where you can just drop in and most likely you'll meet some nice people and if your timing is right, you can even pet the freshly registered birds and let it go back into nature. Getting an appointment is the sure way tho...
It's a few kilometers of walk from the railway station, but the village is also nice. Cars always find parking spots near the starting point.
