S	Saliven Baser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnap 17.25re értünk oda és közölték, hogy már nem tudnak fogadni minket, csak az időpontosokat! Megkérdeztük, hogy a telefont miért nem képesek fölvenni mert vagy 20x hívtuk őket a nap folyamán, hogy érdeklődjünk afelől ami miatt mentünk, de egyszer sem vette föl senki. Azt mondta a pult mögött ülő 50es nő, hogy nincs aki fölvegye... Gondolom inkább kedve nem volt fölvenni annak az illetőnek (ha nem pont neki kellene a telefonokat fölvennie...). Így megúszná az ember a dugóban való oda vissza 1,5 órás utat. Persze mi kénytelenek voltunk lemenni mivel senkivel nem tudtunk beszélni, aztán fél perc alatt leráznak! Vicc az egész! Yesterday we arrived at 5:25 pm and told us that they can no longer accept us, only the timely ones! We asked why they couldn't pick up the phone because we called them 20x a day to inquire about what we went to, but nobody picked it up. The woman in the 50's behind the counter said she had no one to pick up ... I guess she didn't like picking that person up (unless she had to pick up the phones ...). That way, one would get back in the traffic jam for 1.5 hours. Of course we were forced to go down because we couldn't talk to anybody and then they shook me off in half a minute! It's a joke!

Sokadszorra csinálják, hogy egy órával előbb nem engednek be (16h00-ig van a nyitvatartás, és 15h00-kor nem engednek sorszámot húzni). A minimális korrektség azt kívánná meg, hogy akkor legalább így hirdessék meg a nyitvatartást. De ami a még durvább, hogy mi végül bejutottunk, 15h09-es volt a sorszámunk, és a recepcióba beültetett, lepukkant, rém udvariatlan biztonsági szolgálatos nő el akart zavarni, és a szemünkbe hazudta, hogy a mi sorszámunkat már biztosan nem fogják hívni. Természetesen hívták (ami benne van a gépben, azt muszáj hívni), be is fejeztük az ügyintézést bőven 16h00-ig, majd amikor emiatt panaszt akartam tenni, akkor a nő azt mondta, hogy nem lehet, és neki nincsen neve. (Oly ostoba volt szegény, hogy úgy látszik a saját nevét is elfelejtette :-) ) Unconscious negative experience. Many times they do not admit an hour earlier (opening hours are until 16h00 and they are not allowed to draw a serial number at 15h00). The minimum fairness would require that at least so proclaim the opening hours. But what was even cruder that we finally got in was our serial number 15h09, and the rushed, horrible ruthless security woman at the reception wanted to bother us and lied to us that our serial number wouldn't be called. Of course she was called (what's in the machine, she had to call), we ended the administration well before 16h00, and when I wanted to complain about it, she said she couldn't and she had no name. (So foolish was poor, it seems to have forgotten his own name :-))
E	Enikő Székely on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019. december 20-án, pénteken elvileg 14 óráig volt a nyitvatartás, de az első fő ajtót bezárták és az oldal bejáratnál próbálkozva azt mondta a két biztonsági őr, hogy sajnos 12.20 perckor már be sem engednek, mert nem adnak ki több sorszámot, hivatkozva arra, hogy sokan vannak és a dolgozók így 14 óráig nem tudják befejezni a munkájukat. Minősíthetetlen volt a biztonsági őrök hazudozása, hozzáállása, egyszerűen minősíthetetlen volt a modoruk. Mivel többedmagammal ott várakoztam, hogy csak bejutunk, hiszen még sok idő van a zárásig, láttam, hogy az egyik biztonsági őr zárás előtt lelépett, azért mert később beöltözve sport ruhába, hóna alatt a Yoga szőnyeggel, ment tornázni. Kértem, hogy mondják meg a főnökük nevét, hívják oda, mert beszélni szeretnék vele, akkor ezt nem tették meg. Tehetetlen voltam és dühös, pedig csak a kötelező adategyeztetést szerettem volna megejteni. Sem az ajtóra, sem az internetes felületre ilyen jellegű kiírás nincs, hogy zárás előtt kb. 1,5 órával nincs lehetőség bejutásra sem, nem beszélve a sorszámról. Természetesen a protekciósok itt is előnyt élveztek és nekik vígan mosolygott az undok biztonsági őr. FELHÁBORÍTÓ! The opening hours were supposed to be 2pm on Friday, December 20, 2019, but the first main door was closed and while trying to enter the site, the two security guards said that unfortunately they would not be allowed at 12.20 because they would not issue any more the fact that there are many and the workers are unable to finish their work by 2pm. The lies and attitudes of the security guards were unqualified, and their demeanor was simply unqualified. As I was waiting for me to get in, with so much time left until closing, I saw one of the security guards stepping out before closing because later dressed in sportswear, under his arm with the Yoga mat, he went to gym. I asked them to tell their boss's name, call him because I want to talk to him, then they didn't. I was helpless and angry, even though I just wanted to do the mandatory data reconciliation. There is no such printout on either the door or the web interface that before closing it will take approx. There is no access in 1.5 hours, let alone the serial number. Of course, the protectionists also took advantage here, and the nasty security guard smiled merrily at them. OUTRAGEOUS!

J	Janos Nemeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyintéző nagyon segítőkész és kedves. Mindíg hozzá megyünk, ha kell átirányítással. Viszontgyenge a fütés a várakozóban. The clerk is very helpful and kind. We always go to it if we need a redirect. However, the heating in the waiting room is weak.

However, why print out so much paper. I ended up having approximately 40 printed documents, most of them were only informative. It is unnecessary and bad for the environment.
