★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the tickets earlier, the personal has no manners. The lady at the check-in was trying to close 10 minutes early. Also a pro-tip, buying tickets earlier does not guarantee you good places, you have to stand in line an hour earlier.

Nice boat and a definite must when visiting Budapest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought tickets at the machine, because the ticket counter was empty, so we couldn't take advantage of the Budapest Card discount. Suddenly there was a women at the counter, upon question, she very rudely just said she can't help us or refund us and sent us away. After that, we were denied to go on the boat tour we selected, because apparently they sold way more tickets than people permitted on the boat. Now we are left here to wait for an hour, staff are continuing to be rude and shift the blame. Also, we tried calling the number on the ticket, where the operator also very rudely replied she can't help us. After inquiring if there is an email address she could refer us to she hung up. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. Don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boat was fine, the trip was an hour as described but would have hoped to have seen a bit more. (In hind site we should have perhaps booked in one of the 2 hour trips.)
Audio commentary was available in many languages but ONLY if you brought your own ear phones (wired type).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertisement, we paid 12€ for a « drink and cruise » sightseeing and there was no drink included. The boat was full (and I suspect over capacity), without audio guide and smelled like rot and gasoline. The trip itself is nice and you get nice views of Budapest but definitely not worth your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, I do understand business is business but this is more like theft. Avoid this company.
