Ha végigsétálsz a Duna-parton a Petőfi-hídtól a Lánchídig, az felér egy ingyenes "sightseeing tour"-ral. (Ha megjön a jedved, még sétahajóra is befizethetsz!) A pesti oldalon a sétány végig nagyon szép, éttermek, kávézók találhatók itt. Ha elfáradnál, szállj fel a 2-es villamosra, ami a Parlamenthez is elvisz! A Duna túlsó oldalán, Budán pedig a Gellért-hegy a Szabadság szoborral és a Budai vár is látható. A magyar államalapítás ünnepe alkalmából a tűzijátékra érkező tömeg ezen a szakaszon ünnepel, ezért azt a napot nem érdemes kihagyni augusztus 20-án! The most beautiful and cozy part of Budapest. It is good to walk here during the day, but the night is more beautiful. If you walk along the banks of the Danube from the Petőfi Bridge to the Chain Bridge, you will end up with a free "sightseeing tour". (If you get a jed, you can even pay for a cruise!) On the Pest side, the promenade is very nice, there are restaurants and cafes here. If you get tired, take tram 2, which will take you to Parliament! On the other side of the Danube, in Buda, you can also see Gellért Hill with the Statue of Liberty and the Buda Castle. On the occasion of the celebration of the founding of the Hungarian state, the crowd arriving for fireworks is celebrating this stage, so it is not worth missing that day on August 20th!
