Competent, kind doctor and assistance. Everything was patiently explained, the patient was treated kindly. I recommend it to others with a good heart.
D	Dorina V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lassan 6 éve járunk ide a fél várost átutazva, de megéri, hogy biztos kezekben tudhatom a cicáimat. 3 saját állat mellett tucatnyi mentett cicát is vittem hozzájuk, nem egyet elég súlyos/komplikált betegséggel, de mindig sikeresen kezelték őket. Ivartalanításban is profik, olyan pici sebbel műtenek, hogy másnap a cica ugyanolyan, nem ráncigálnak vissza feleslegesen, ha valami otthon is elvégezhető kezelés szükséges és a cica+gazdi meg tudja oldani, megmutatják. Nem egyszer hiába volt csúszás, a hivatalos rendelési idő után is fogadtak, pedig nem egy állatkórházról beszélünk. Nem vinném máshova az állataimat. We’ve been coming here slowly for 6 years, crossing half the city, but it’s worth knowing my kittens in safe hands. In addition to 3 of my own animals, I also brought dozens of rescued kittens to them, not one with a serious enough / complicated disease, but they were always successfully treated. They also have professionals in neutering, they operate with such a tiny wound that the next day the kitten is the same, they don't wrinkle back unnecessarily, if some treatment can be done at home and the kitten + owner can solve it, they show it. More than once there was a slip in vain, they were accepted even after the official ordering time, even though we are not talking about an animal hospital. I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

Számomra nem mindegy, hogy 20 vagy 100.000.- forintot fogok ott hagyni, így nem mertem bejelentkezni, mert nem a helyszínen szerettem volna szembesülni egy esetleg kellemetlen szituációval, hogy nem az én pénztárcámnak való. Nagy segítség lenne, ha feltüntetnének az oldalon árakat. A kommentek alapján szívesen bíznám állataimat az itt dolgozó állatorvosokra. I didn’t get any information (not even an estimate) about the price range of the place, either online or by phone. It doesn't matter to me whether I'm going to leave 20 or 100,000 forints there, so I didn't dare check in, because I didn't want to face a possibly unpleasant situation on the spot, that it wasn't for my wallet. It would be a great help to put prices on the page. Based on the comments, I would like to entrust my animals to the veterinarians working here.

Nagyon kedvesen fogadtak minket és profin kezelték a kutyánkat. On Sunday, we urgently sought a vet. We reached them easily by phone and got an appointment within an hour and a half. They received us very kindly and treated our dog professionally.
K	Katalin Komlósy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem ajánlom senkinek, hisz nem érnek rá az állatokkal foglalkozni. Időpontot előre egyeztetni lehetetlen náluk. A rendelő 10 órakor nyit, de ha 10 órára szeretnék időpontot az nem jó nekik, "legyen későbbi időpont" (biztos elmaradhatatlan a kávé, beszélgetés stb...) 11-13 óra közötti időintervallum sem jó egy védőoltás beadására, mert ők akkor nem érnek rá "műteni szoktak". Vagyis nincs konkrét műtét, hisz konkrét naphoz sem ragaszkodnék, de majd biztos lesz valami, így nem jó NEKIK! Nem értem, akkor miért kérdezik meg mikor szeretnék menni. Ha pedig a problémát jelzem a telefon túloldalán levő kolleginának, akkor ő eljátssza, hogy rossz a vonal, ha hangosan megismétlem a dolgot, akkor pedig méltatlankodik "Jézusom"-ozik és neki áll feljebb. Nem kell csodálkozni, ha pár év és páciensek nélkül bezárhat a rendelő! I don’t recommend it to anyone because they don’t get to deal with animals. It is impossible to make an appointment with them in advance. The clinic opens at 10 a.m., but if you want a date for 10 a.m. that's not good for them, "have a later date" (sure to have a coffee, talk, etc ...) The time interval between 11 and 13 hours is not good for giving a vaccine either, because they will not be able to "surgery" then. That is, there is no specific surgery, because I wouldn't stick to a specific day, but then something will be certain, so it's NOT good for THEM! I don't understand why they ask me when I want to go. And if I report the problem to a colleague on the other side of the phone, he’ll pretend the line is bad, if I repeat it out loud, he’ll be disrespectful to “Jesus” and stand up to him. No wonder the clinic can close without a few years and patients!
