We booked a couples package over the phone. We were told it would be 20 min relaxing i a private bath and a 60 minute massage together. Upon arrival, the entrance door did not close and the taller receptionist with glasses rudely shouted close the door! Not the best welcome! We were then asked if we wanted a male or female masseuse. We decided to have the male masseuse for my partner and female for me however when we actually had the massage I had the male and Partber had the female (why ask if our preference is not allocated) we had the bath with wine which was very nice, the ambiance was nice too. After the bath you receive the massage. At this point we were told it would be 40 minutes not 60!! Really could not be bothered to argue as we were part way through our appointment and we did have a plane to catch later! The massage was very nice. After the massage we went to pay and there were other customers who were querying their slots so there is certainly an issue here with communication !! I did mention this to the owner who did take my feedback onboard. I would visit again however would advise make sure you confirm the package, price and times before the treatment commences ! All in all great ambiance and good set up. Also you have to give your credit card as a deposit for the locker card which was worrying and not sure why they need a physical card to hold. I also found it very strange that there is cctv in changing rooms, I was unable to find an area to change where there was no cctv

The place is just amazing. If you'd like to get away from your everyday worries and just recharge the batteries on an afternoon/evening, this is the best place to do that in Budapest. It will provide you quality bath experience with additional wellness options, making sure that you would just relax and enjoy. It is not cheap, but the service that you get in return is top notch. If you pick a Tuesday or Wednesday, it will not be overcrowded either, and that would just add to the overall experience. Another thing that I absolutely wanted to call out is the staff, as they are almost invisibly doing what they need to do, but at the same time - always available in case they are needed. Well done! I have visited them 6-8 times in the last six months. There were problems with cleanliness and other factors every time. There are no towels at the sauna in the morning. The sauna does not work at the right temperature one hour after opening. There is a problem with the shower. The changing-room is not loaded with towels and slippers. Etc.… Today, however, it was felt that the cleaning had not been done properly in the wellness. I arrived at the wellness department as first guest, half an hour after opening. It was visible and felt that it had not been properly cleaned. I don't think this is tolerable for a wellness service. Especially, in the exclusive one… When I spoke with the receptionist and the cleaner, it was, of course, explained why I was wrong. The changing-room was also dirty, apparently. There were no towels in the sauna. How were the guests expected this morning? Mandala SPA might even be good, but the constant problems with organization and cleanliness make the place a poor mid-range service. In the past, at least the receptionists apologized, but even today I missed it!

Good massage but the terrible customer service removes any good feeling from the massage as you're leaving the place. They quote you one price via email and charge you something higher in person. Then they don't even bother to offer you any words of apology and just say "no you pay this new price, I don't care about email." Their rudeness defeats the relaxation you receive from the massage. This happened in October 2021, it's now May 2022 and I still haven't gone back due to this bad experience and it's annoying that they're like one of the only places in Budapest that exists.

We've been going to Mandala spa for many many years and it never disappoints! Great massage and the spa has now got a very nice set of warm pools, a jacuzzi, sauna and a steam room. Great place!

This is a must visit if you're into wellness, or simply enjoy beautifully designed spaces. They pay maximum attention to detail, every aspect of the lighting, the decoration, art, offerings, music and facilities create a highly relaxing atmosphere. Big bonus: a cold plunge pool.

Just amazing, I had a wonderful aquahealing and massage experience and helpful very caring staff. I recommend for everyone who wants to relax in a spiritual environment, enjoy some nice oriental teas, fruits and a glass of champagne ??

Wow, one of the best spa We ever been! Extremely clean and intimate. VERY recommended!
