In December, we had a telephone booking for two massage packages, which were canceled by the hotel on the day of the booking, claiming that hotel guests were given priority. Which would be perfectly fine, but it's already outrageous that an existing reservation is canceled that day. :(

We were disappointed! We booked a double spa package. The package costs about $ 180 which is a respectable amount, especially for Budapest. The hotel is beautiful and the spa is beautifully decorated. The massage was pretty good and then the mishaps started. Water in the pool was really cold and we could not get used to and get into the water. There is no trace of light snacks in the compound nor can it be bought. The spa is on the 1st floor and has no reception. I tried to search for someone on the team to request a wifi code but we could not find any. We decided to go home and came to take a shower. To our surprise there was no hot water in the showers. Again we started looking for a staff member and again the spa was empty and we found no one. After several attempts we gave up and went to take a shower in the shower next to the sauna. Of course, we could not take off a bathing suit and use toiletries. In addition, Locker's lock was half malfunctioning. We barely opened it. In conclusion, for the amount paid we would have expected a VIP treatment but unfortunately we did not receive any treatment or help and there was no representative on site
