Nagyon egyedi modern designos lakópark, nagyon jó közlekedéssel a Váci út mellett, Újpest Városkapunál. A közelben metró, buszok, Volànbusz távolsági buszok, az új újpesti piac, bicikliút, Penny, Lidl, Tesco, Rossmann és a Duna Pláza. Több játszótérrel és a közelben a Szabadság park kutyafuttatóval. Biciklivel közel a Marina port, a Népsziget kutyaiskolàval, lovaglási lehetőséggel, sütődékkel ill. az összekötő hídon àtbiciklizve elérhető a nyüzsgő Római part.

The environment is pleasant. The view of the Danube and the mountains is beautiful. It’s great to have an open cafe and bakery as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 월세로 생각보다 저렴한 가격에 지하주차장에 엘리베이터이용 각 방마다 온도조절기 있습니다 여름은 시원하게 겨울에는 따뜻하게 교통편도 아주 좋습니다 조금만 움직이면 큰 마켓이 주위에 있어요 영층에는 기본적인 편의점도 포진해 있습니다
The price is cheaper than monthly rent. Use the elevator in the underground parking lot. There is a thermostat in each room. Cool in summer and warm in winter. Transportation is very good. If you move a little, there is a big market around. There are basic convenience stores on the lower floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An enclave in the middle of the IV. district of Budapest. There are some shops next to it, and the environment is quiet. Unfortunately, the green environment didn’t receive too much attention during the planning and construction.
Obvious are the cheap solutions and a lot of construction mistakes are visible.
