My husband and I needed to move from our previous apartment so we contacted various (more than five) different agencies to help us find a new home. Sadly the services were mostly less than professional but we did find a couple that seemed that appropriate but the problem was that they simply didn't listen to our requests. They were happy to get our "wish list" but than promptly ignored the majority of items such as cost, size, amenities. Then looking online we found Metropolitan Homes of Budapest. I can only assume that our experience with them is universal but to us it was Anett Juhász who truly made the difference. From the first time we met Anett, she asked many questions about how we live and our likes and dislikes. She was also happy to get our "wish list," with a difference that she actually worked with it and would let us know about properties where we should not waste our time, and turned us onto ones we didn't even consider but were good choices. We have now been in our new home for over a month and everything Anett told us is just how it has been. We are very happy with the service and the attention to detail we received and would recommend MHomes.hu and especially Ms. Anett Juhász. Whether you wish to rent or buy a place, the process of listening to the client and being professional yet fun and gracious are great assets to have and Anett certainly qualifies. Should we need to move again in the future I will certainly contact Anett.
