The apartment itself was super, but the approach was pretty awful, virtually through the construction site. The elevator is very small.

Apartment for 10 people was great! New, clean and well furnished. Deduction point for the renovation in need of corridor and courtyard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is excellent, the price is nice, but there are buts. The room is cold, even during the spring and the heater does not work. It only seems to heat up the bathroom The sheets are very thin and I ended up waking up cold several times, even though I had two sets of (thin) sheets on me.. The pillows and sheets also seem dirty even though they smell clean - probably stained.
The oven door cannot be fully opened because there's a drier in front of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment in a very good location, it's advertised as 10 person however I think it'd be too small, we were 3 and very comfortable. The flat is well appointed, clean and warm. The elevator is circa 1950's and fits 3 people, it's an uncertain ride to the forth floor. Overall a good apartment that I would stay in aging.
