Jelenleg 40 perce ülök, hogy a kötelező azonosítást elvégezhessem.
Két embert látok dolgozni, 6-8 ember vár rájuk, és a kedves dolgozók legnagyobb gondja, hogy a kapszulás kávéfőzőbe most az erősebb kávés kapszula van csak.

 I had to go twice, though I wouldn't.
I am currently sitting for 40 minutes to complete the mandatory identification.
I see two people at work, 6-8 people waiting for them, and the biggest concern of the kind workers is that the capsule coffee maker now has only the stronger coffee capsule.

Az utóbbi időben 4 emberrel volt dolgom. Azok közül egyetlen egy jó tapasztalatom volt, még pedig azzal a lánnyal, aki a biztonsági őr. Ő évek óta ott dolgozik, mindig kedves, mindig segítőkész. A többi 3 (az igazgató, annak egy asszisztense és egy ügyfél kezelő) igazi parasztok. Egyáltalán nem segítőkészek, mi több, puffognak és fújják a levegőt az ügyfél előtt ha valami nem tetszik nekik.
Sajnos kis agyukkal még nem értették meg, hogy a főnökük csak osztja a fizetést, de aki hozza nekik az az ügyfél. AZ a valódi főnök.
Szerencsére bezártam a kis számlámat.
Ajánlatom: keress más bankot.
This review is still about BB!
I've been dealing with 4 people lately. The only one of them was a good experience, even with the girl who was the security guard. He has been working there for years, always kind, always helpful. The other 3 (the director, one of his assistants and one client manager) are real peasants. They are not at all helpful, what’s more, they puff and blow the air in front of the customer if they don’t like something.
Unfortunately, with their little brains, they haven’t yet understood that their boss just splits the salary, but who brings them is the customer. THAT's the real boss.
Luckily, I closed my little account.
My offer: look for another bank.
