Sajnos nekem csak ez a fiok esik útba munkába, havonta 2szer járok ide és amikor tudom már mennem kell, nagyon feszült és ideges vagyok mert tudom nagyon sokat kell várnom, annak ellenére hogy vagy senki vagy 1 ember (sorstársam) áll elöttem.... Tehát ez rendszeres, bunkók és neki állnak beszélgetni egymással, az ügyfél várhat!! Jelenleg is ebben a rugalmas bankban várakozom. Not a single star !!! Unfortunately for me only this boy goes to work, I come here 2 times a month and when I know I have to go, I am very tense and nervous because I know I have to wait a lot, even though either no one or 1 person (my partner) is in front of me .... Pénztár gyakorlatilag nincs. A legrosszabb fiók ami létezik. Undercritical… After one and a half hours of waiting, no serial number changed on the display while at least 6 people returned the serial number. There are 1 counter in 1 counter. Utalni szerettem volna , igyhát be ballagtam ,az őr adott egy sorszámot, vártam 19 percet meri felvillant a sorszámom és fogadtak. Nem lett volna evvel semmi baj , mondjuk a mellete levö Otp fioknál ahol is százak várakoznak nap mint nap.de ebben a budapesti bank fiok ban egyedul voltam. Meg parszor megtapasztaltam ugyan ezt a szitutt,es inkabb bankot váltottam. They are very customer-friendly banks and work slowly enough. Ami régebben 20-30 percig tartott, az most csak 5 percig. Szerintem megint lefogok járni hozzájuk. Amennyiben ezt a mostani szintet tudják tartani, ha nem akkor sajnos meg fogunk egymástól válni.
