Az 1 csillagra az alabbi az indokom: Felhivtam a megadott telefonszamot, ahol riaszto javitasra idopontot egyeztettem a ceg erre szakosodott emberevel. A kollega elfelejtette, amit megbeszeltunk - sebaj, elofordul, gondoltam. 2 hettel kesobb ujra hivtam emberunket, aki mar nem volt bent, a kollegaja pedig lepattintott azzal, hogy o nem tudja atadni az uzenetet, mely szerint velem mar megbeszelt egy munkat, amit elfelejtett elvegezni, hivjam en ujra masnap. Ez mar kisse fura volt... De en hivtam meg ekkor is. Sikerult is elernem, de sajnos epp nem ert ra arra, hogy a 2 hettel ezelott mar leegyeztetett munkat es idopontot ujratargyaljuk, megigerte, hogy hamarosan visszahiv. eltelt 2 honap, es semmi.
Ugy erzem, jogos a negativ ertekelesem.

The reason for the 1 star is the following: I called the given phone number, where I arranged an appointment for an alarm with the company's specialist. The colleague forgot what we discussed - no matter what happens, I thought. I called our man again 2 weeks later, who was no longer inside, and his colleague snapped that he could not give me the message that he had already arranged a job with me that he had forgotten to do, call me again tomorrow. That was a little weird ... But I still invited him. I managed to get it, but unfortunately it was not possible to renegotiate the work and the date already agreed 2 weeks ago, he promised to call me back soon. 2 months have passed and nothing.
I feel my negative value is legitimate.
