M	Melinda K-P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tamaris termékekkel sosem volt gondom, de az ügyfélszolgálat kritikán aluli. Telefont soha nem veszik fel, vissza nem hívnak, emailekre nem válaszolnak. Megrendeltem egy bokacsizmat majd 2 nappal később akciós lett így újra megrendeltem a saját méretemben és így az első rendelést lemondtam. Kaptam egy e-mailt hogy rendben törölték az első rendelést. Aztán kaptam egy e-mailt hogy törölték a második rendelésemet készlet hiány miatt. Írtam nekik hogy nem fogyhatott el a méretemben mert az előbb írták hogy törölték az első rendelést kvázi a cipő még megvan nekik az én méretemben. Írtam nekik 4 e-mailt Ja és a webshopban még mindig azt mutatja hogy elérhető a méretemben. Ez 2 napja volt azóta sem e-mail se telefon választ nem kaptam. I’ve never had a problem with Tamaris products, but customer service is beyond criticism. They never pick up the phone, they don't call me back, they don't answer emails. I ordered an ankle boot and then 2 days later it became a special offer so I re-ordered it in my own size and so I canceled the first order. I received an email that the first order was canceled. Then I received an email that my second order was canceled due to stock shortage. I wrote to them that I could not run out of my size because I had previously written that they canceled my first order quasi the shoes still got them my size. I wrote them 4 emails Oh and the webshop still shows it is available in my size. It's been 2 days since I haven't received an email or a phone reply.

Az első emailemre kaptam is választ, hogy sajnálják, küldik érte a futárt cserélni. Azóta sem érkezett meg a futár, az emailemre nem válaszolnak. A selejtes minőség a gyártó hibája, mar ez is csalódás, de a Monobrand-től vásárolok évek óta, nem ehhez vagyok szokva. Korábban precíz, pontos kiszolgálás volt náluk. Javaslom, hogy ne rendeljetek innen, személyesen vásároljatok inkább és nagyon alaposan nézzétek meg mit vesztek. Sajnálom, hogy megint egy márkával kevesebb, amit érdemes megvenni. :( On November 11, I received the ordered bag, specifically in scrap quality (worn at sewing, incomplete color). Készleten nem lévő termékre felveszik a megrendelést, nem jelzik a hiányt semmikor, sokadik megkeresésre visszaírják, hogy bocs, elfogyott. Pénzt 5 munkanapon belül nem utalnak, sőt utána sem, levelekre nem válaszolnak. Karácsony előtt se áru, se pénz!! A márkát szeret(T)em, de ezt a webshopot senkinek nem ajánlom! Unfortunately, I read Google reviews late. They violate their terms and conditions at several points. They place an order for a product that is not in stock, they do not indicate the shortage at any time, many times they write back that they are sorry, sold out. Money will not be transferred within 5 working days, and even after that, letters will not be answered. No goods, no money before Christmas !! I like the brand, but I don't recommend this webshop to anyone!

Január első hetében kaptam vissza az árat, de nem a visszaküldött termékét, hanem az olcsóbb, másik csizma árát, amit nem küldtem vissza. Január 8-án jeleztem a problémát, ahol el is ismerték a hibát. Azt ígérték visszautalják a különbözetet. Azóta sem e-mailre, sem facebookon nem válaszolnak. Senkinek nem ajánlom az oldalt, én sem vásárolok itt többet! I bought two boots on December 7th. One of them started to break after two uses, which is not justified for use. So I sent it back on December 15th. I got the price back in the first week of January, but not the price of the returned product, but the price of the cheaper, other boots that I didn’t return. I reported the problem on January 8th, where the error was acknowledged. They promised to return the difference. Since then, they have not responded to email or facebook. A cipőt március 8-án adtam le személyesen az összes szükséges dokumentummal együtt, de a vételár azóta sem került visszafizetésre. Több e-mailt küldtem már ezügyben, az esetek többségében válaszoltak is, de iszonyú lassú az ügyintézés. Nem tudom mi lehet ennek az oka, de többet nem fogok itt vásárolni.
