Z	Zita Kondor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. nem kaptunk semmi tájékoztatást, hogy melyik nap kapjuk a csomagot. 2. az MXP oldalán nem működött a nyomkövetés funkció egy jó darabig 3. telefonon elértük az ügyfélszolgálatukat, és ott a hölgy meglepően készséges volt, mondta, h aznap várjuk a futárt 2-4 óra között, és a futár telefonszámát is megadta! 4. 5kor még sehol nem volt a futár, feltárcsáztam a hölgy által megadott telefonszámot, kb 10 percenként, 3-4szer, de nem vette fel senki. 5. egész nap itthon voltunk, de se egy telefont, se egy értesítőt nem kaptunk... 6. amikor működött végre a nyomkövetés az MXP oldalán, akkor döbbentünk le, h nem voltunk itthon, és a telefont sem vettük fel (a futár szerint) ami azért elég vicces, mert a megadott cím és a telefonszám is helyes volt, leellenőriztük. Ekkor megint feltárcsáztam a futár telefonszámát párszor, de megint nem vette fel senki!!! 7. néztük a nyomkövetést szinte minden órában, és a (sprinter) futár szerint többször is a házunknál volt, és többször is hívott minket (le vannak mentve a képernyőképek a folyamatról Trehány banda, így nem lehet szolgáltatást nyújtani! Aki meg nem akar dolgozni, az ne vállaljon munkát, amit úgyse végez el, és ne állítsa be az ügyfelet hazugnak!!! At 5 o'clock there was no courier anywhere, I dialed the phone number provided by the lady, about every 10 minutes, 3-4 times, but no one picked it up. 5. We were at home all day, but we didn't get a phone call or a notification ... 6. when the tracing finally worked on the MXP site, we were shocked that we weren’t at home and we didn’t pick up the phone either (according to the courier) which is funny enough because both the address and phone number you entered were correct, we checked. Then I dialed the courier's phone number again a few times, but no one picked it up again !!! 7. we watched the trace almost every hour and the (sprinter) courier said he was at our house several times and called us several times (screenshots of the process are saved Rogue gang, so no service can be provided! Those who do not want to work should not take a job that they do anyway and do not set the client as a liar !!! (sprinter courier)

Ezen érdemes lenne változtatni, a kézbesítés reggelén pedig küldhetnének értesítést arról, hogy napon belül kb. mikor érkezik. Legalább annyit, hogy délelőtt vagy délután. The package is okay for this, but they don’t even send you a notice of what day the courier is coming at all. It would be worth changing this, and on the morning of delivery they could send a notice that within a day approx. when does it arrive. At least all that morning or afternoon.

Nem tudom honnan tudják ezt a számot, de a telefont nem veszik fel, hogy ezt lebeszéljem velük. Tiltottam a számot és bejelentettem mint spam. They were never delivered to me, yet my phone arrives every hour citing an SMS test sender. I don't know how they know this number, but they won't pick up the phone to talk to them about it. I banned the number and reported it as spam.
m	mpeterzx9r on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos a honlapon közölt szolgáltatások nem mindegyikét vállalják (meglepetéssel nyugtázta a hölgy, hogy ilyen ki van írva?), majd közölte, hogy csak szerződött partnerekre vonatkoznak a közölt árak, de ő nem tudja, hívjam az értékesítőt. A honlapon megadott minkét számot hívtam, egyiken sem tudtak értelmes információt adni, annyit mondtak, hogy hívjam az értékesítőt. Unfortunately, not all of the services posted on the website are undertaken (surprised the lady acknowledged that this is written out?) They don't pick up the phone several times, I got an smst that my package will arrive tomorrow. That was before yesterday. Great disappointment!

Többszöri telefonhívás után sikerült elérnem a futárt, mivel a IV. emeletre kértem a csomagot, ezért nem hozta fel és ma már nem is hajlandó kiszállítani. Az ügyfélszolgálat nem elérhető, továbbra is várom a csomagom.... I should have received the package today, but the courier did not come to the address provided.
