Millions of ft cars have been sold that we cannot write in our name because their engine has been replaced and the owner is unable to provide a document (invoice) proving the origin of the engine! Unfortunately, we didn't know that an engine replacement would come with such documentation. The car was sold on a commission basis, so we didn’t sign the sales contract with them, so they wash their hands. They were aware of the engine replacement because they said when they presented the car that the engine had been replaced last year, it is also recorded in the service book. The owner can't be persuaded to take the car back, so we have 2 options 1 / we sue, 2 / we buy another engine with paper for more than 100 thousand HUF, with which he already passes the authenticity exam and is written in our name. We wanted to buy a 2015 Ford Mondeo, we talked to the dealer several times who said he was driving. the car is serviceable and flawless. I traveled 500km and then it turned out that the car’s engine was thickly oil stained, there were plenty of hidden faults in the vehicle as well as there was no service book kept along. The car was almost 5,000,000 HUF anyway, but the dealer said "not a new car"! I have to add that he wanted to sell the car with a torn tire, of course he didn't tell me, even though he knew for sure, because the tire was well-groomed all the time and of course the tire was badly damaged on the outside. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEM !!!
