My first time at a vegan restaurant, have always been hesitant to eat vegan food...but I was very impressed! I ate the goulash and the pasta version dish , and it was really tasty and hearty! I'd eat there agsun for sure and I will eat at more vegan restaurants in the future for sure

The variety of desserts they offered is a luxury for vegans. I tried their Dobosh Cake and Mille Feuille. The Mille Feuille, although is not authentic, is my favourite. The goulash soup tastes good and homey to me. The fried cheese is overrated, but is something vegan should try. The mango smoothies is also recommended. This place has the most friendliest and interactive staff amongst the restaurant I have visited in Budapest.

The best food I found in Budapest! So good that we went twice! The bean goulash soup and the seitan roast (pictured) were both incredible - so rich and flavoursome. Highly recommend if you are in the city and looking for well priced, delicious vegan food. Will return if I am in the city again

Like a well-operated conveyor belt of vegan delicacies. Perfect for those fed up with the most common options offered to vegans: fancy restaurants with overpriced rabbit food and no decent protein choices, and sit-on-the-curbsid e-because-we're-so-alternative burger burrito pizza fries options. Napfenyes is where you get quick service and choices from the more fancy looking, to fast food, to traditional Hungarian dishes, to raw (if you are into rabbit food, after all). If you get a pizza the only one I allow you to order is the Coal Burner, with sausage and seitan. I call all of you vegans, who are reading this to rebel against the bruschetta style "pizzas". With no plant cheese and zero protein, it's a cheap way for restaurants to be able to say they offer a vegan pizza and get a V badge on their door. We ordered dishes, one dessert, and two drinks and it came to HUF 11,150 which is GBP 26 and an absolute bargain for the quality of the food and experience. Images: raw platter (yes yes, I succumbed to the rabbit cravings), ginger rice with tofu and miso, and the Bresalev goulash. The existence of a place like this is in itself an act of vegan advocacy.

Perfect service and delicious food. The first place I found serving traditional Hungarian food 100% vegan. I’d highly recommend the Hungarian soup and bread to start. Amazing! Will be back.

I can’t praise this restaurant enough. High quality very tasty vegan Hungarian food. I come here every time I am in Budapest. They also have a daily menu which is excellent value for money. It is a 100% percent vegan restaurant which also mean zero cross contamination with non vegan food. The staff is so friendly and welcoming too. I can’t recommend enough this vegan oasis in the heart of Budapest.

Nice vegan restaurant with good service and friendly staff. Pizza was really good. Asian style noodles and zucchini with quinoa were also nice to have. Only thing was that we had order at one go as we reached at just after 8 and since they had to close at 9pm,they suggested that they will pack the food. Although I understand as they also had to start their dinner after a long day. I would say it is a must try in Budapest.

This place is absolutely incredible !!! If you're vegan or not, you should thy this restaurant. Everything is well dressed, flavors are amazing with different ingredients than usual, the place is quiet and clean, everything for a really affordable price. Special mention for the vegan Caesar Salad, that leaved me speechless ! Cannot wait to come back
