The best hotel in Heviz! Very comfortable rooms, cozy hotel inside, a lot of therapies and procedures to care your health. Also a lot of swimming pools and One of them with thermal water! Highly recommend!

omg. the best place ever around Balaton. many outdoor pools with jacuzzi, streams, saunas, Turkish hamam, big swimming pool insides, so professional and affordable the price.

All in all everything was really chill and relaxing, just how it is supposed to be. Service was nice. I was really enjoying myself until I saw a parrot that was locked in a cage that was way (!) too small just as decoration and "ambience". I mean come on people, it could have been a perfect day but that really made me mad. Give that bird away to some place where it can spread its wings and fly.. cause that is what birds are supposed to do. Not sit in a tiny cage just for some rich privileged people to look at.

Nice place, near to the centre. The 4 stars are real. The pools are ok. The saunas are ok. The food is very good. The personelle is nice and friendly. The bicycle renting is awful (they have some old, useless bikes) and the fitness room is so small.

Nice hotel, perfect service and even better SPA. 100% recommended.

Really, really good, professional staff providing very good old school service. Huge pools, well maintained. The location is very well built, the facilities are nice and there is something for everybody.

Well deserved 4-star classification! Big enough selection of spas, thermals and saunas to not get bored after ~5 days. All-inclusive is worth it in my opinion, although the café has a great kitchen as well. I cannot stress how good the food was. I would come back just for that. No pictures though ? Treatments are unbelievably cheap (so is everything…), plus you get a great service. Mud bath, cryo, scrub and massages were splendid (salt sauna is underwhelming but will refresh your breathing). English was very lacking though. You will have no problem with German but the only English you will see is on the signs and sometimes a random waiter or receptionist. In the end, we couldn’t believe what we paid extra for the food, services, etc. 5-day extra for 2 people didn’t cost us more than 85k HUF. Which is with us eating out atleast once in the cafe, ordering cocktails, abusing the minifridge, pool bar, wellness. Get the Deluxe Room, they’re renovated. Oh and feed the stray cat (seems to hear on Bobek) on the terrace at breakfast time ?
