Hotel is very out dated. Advertised a gym, it is NOT a gym but only 3 bicycles. We are a married couple and we were given 2 separate beds,and when we asked for 1 bed nothing was done.

Perfect and super meals. Lots of modern wellness services. Nice programs and pools for kids and for adults too. The family room is quite big. Modern looking buildings and interior. Kind staff. Perfect for families, lovers, wellness seekers and elders. Only downside is the tv is too small, if you matters.

Great hotel, super clean, great Wellness. Super saunas, not crowded. Swimming pool is ok and there are thermal baths too. Food (buffet served) is very good quality and selection is very decent, with accent to local specialities. Personnel might be a bit more friendly.

Nice hotel, staff is helpful, food is good. The warm food in evening bufe is changed every evening, so you can try something new every dinner. The staff has low English language knowledge, but the receptionists speak fluent. The pool bar has happy hour from 15 to 17 and you get two if you order one drink. You can also smoke here unøike the rest of the hotel area. Also be warned that this hotel and city is not a party type of vacation. Bars and pubs close at 22:00. Nice indoor and outdoor baths. Spacious and clean hotel rooms.

The food is amazing, and the staff very friendly. Great swimming pool area, everything is clean, really nothing against anything. BUT: I really disliked the fact that they mention that there is a durcharbeiten for using the parking space only upon checkout - one start of for that. And there is no precautions whatsoever against Covid-19: hand-disinfectants are empty, the hotel restaurant is crowded and squashed with too many people, and NOBODY asked to wear a game mask - in fact, some edits even told us that "you don't need to wear them". Another star off for that from me.

***IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE PERMANENT (PLASTIC) HUNGARIAN COVID-19 IMMUNIZATION CARD*** You will not be allowed into the wellness facility. The receipt you get from the Hungarian govt while they mail you the card WILL NOT SATISFIED THE REQUIREMENTS!!! My advice is unless your are a permanent resident of Hungary, monde on. In addition, patronizing is the word that comes to mind. Patronizing staff, patronizing general attitude. Even the signs and notes are patronizing. Room is large and clean and the facilities are probably nice, hard to tell. Issues arise all the time in hotels. When the staff starts the conversation with “let’s not make an issue of this”, the conversation already went off the rails. Service is not a priority, or finding a solution for their guests, rather they find it necessary to lay blame on others. Would not recommend.

Hello there! I’ll tell you what has just happened to us. We are Russian tourist,so like most of tourists we took a hotel’s transfer. When we arrived our driver asked us to pay the whole price for 2 rides(about 200€,Budapest-Heviz-Budapest). We did that and he gave a bill). We had not worried about it till the end of our stay in this hotel. So,when we went to Russian reception to ask about transfer the woman told us that our car ride is unpaid. We were shocked, showed her the bill,she went away. Next day the woman said that she had called to transfer company and they had not information about payment. We weren’t grumpy,we were angry. Cos we even have the bill with the price which we have already payed. The receiptionist told us that our car would not come if we not give them 125€. We asked her to give us the phone number of this transfer company,initially she didn’t want to give us it, saying that the man (idk the boss or whatever) speaks only German. Finally we got it and when we told everything him,he was shocked too and confused(btw we spoke not German hehe,interesting how fast he forgot it). All in all, we dealt with it and he didn’t ask to pay more,apologized. Moreover,when you ask to reschedule your procedures(massages and etc) they like do me a favor… Advantages: rooms are clean. Bright and airy, large with modern furnishings. The food is delicious,but idk why there aren’t any drinks for dinner,you should pay for it…but okay… Pools are super cool But for this situation with Russian reception I gave only 2 stars…. Oh,and you should definitely try Hungarian sausages in the shop in front of the hotel!! It’s super-duper delicious!

Best wellness hotel I have ever been to. Staff is extremely kind and polite, food is great, we have vegan food preferences and they have prepared separate meals for us for each breakfast and dinner during our stay. I strongly recommend this hotel to you if you are vegan, vegeterian, or just have any dietery restrictions, the chef and the waiters have treated us well, and they did not look at us as we were aliens like in many other hotels / restaurants, which we really appreciated. The rooms are clean and nicely designed, and the wellness area is very well equipped. The only thing I did not like that much was the coffee in the bar (it was much darker than my usual preference of blonde roast coffee). Still, 5 stars, we will definitely be coming back in the future!
