I would give Minus 1 Stars, if possible. Dont upload to the register as neumannlabs do and wash their hands, so i havent got now my immune certificate, because its not in the goverment page called kormanyablak! I already spoke to my lawyer and open a lawsuit against this fraud!

I mean the process is smooth indeed but the test itself is utterly useless. The nurse barely touched the front of my mouth. And this has happened more than once. So they either don't know where the pharynx is, or just don't care - can't say which one is worse. So if you want a negative PCR test, go ahead, you'll definitely get that here. If you want an ACTUAL test, go somewhere else.

I went to the BAH csomópont test bus, which is in the parking lot of Novotel Hotel. You wait outside the bus and will be called by your booked time. Sometimes it can be busy, so be prepared to wait 10-15 mins. The test was quick after payment by card and checking passport and details. Two ladies were very professional. Quick sample from mouth and nose for PCR test. Received result in 6 hours via email in many languages. Very satisfied with the service.

So far, been twice and everything went very smoothly. Got called in exactly at the booked appointment, the staff are very nice, even the PCR test itself was very smooth. Got my test results within 6h translated to several languages, including Arabic.

Efficient! I went at 8:30am on Sunday, got my COVID results back at 2:30pm. The receptionist and tester both spoke English. I made my appointment online, and then paid in person (they accept cash and card). They emailed my results and included letters in English, Hungarian, and Dutch.

PLACE NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FOREIGNERS Today afternoon I went to this place for the first time to get a typhoid vaccine. First of all, I was surprised that from the first moment the secretary treated me in a hostile and unpleasant way. Then, she asked me why I wanted to get that vaccine, so I explained that it was one of the requirements to apply for a scholarship, to which she replied in a mocking way saying: "how strange, because in Hungary they never ask you for that vaccine to enter to the university"... As the woman began to be so insistent and unpleasant on this subject, I told her that I was from a third country and that's why I had different requirements and, even though I had no obligation, I proposed to show her the part of the scholarship website where they talk about that requirement in order to demonstrate my transparency and that she stop bothering me with it, but surprise! Despite so much prior insistence, she rejected my proposal... I have been living in Hungary for more than three years and it's the first time that it occurs to me that a stranger from customer service believes she has the right to "question" me in this way and with a mocking tone. I will definitely not return to this place and I will not recommend it to anyone because, if you pay for something, the last thing you expect is to receive unprofessional and abusive customer service like this. As cherry on the cake, once I made the payment the woman didn't say thank you or say goodbye. She literally gave me the proof of my payment and then proceeded to "pretend" that I didn't exist (not even dogs receive this type of treatment). It's very unfortunate to see that a person with such a sad life unloads her frustrations on the clients of the company she works for. The only star I give is for the woman who made the vaccination certificate and for the man who gave the vaccine because they were very kind and professional.
